It was a sunny morning on the Isle of Sodor, and Thomas was just waking up to start his day.
Thomas: "What a sunny morning."
He got up out of bed, and changed into his uniform. He then went down stairs for breakfast. All his friends were there.
Thomas: "Good morning, everyone."
Percy: "Morning, Thomas."
James: "Good morning."
Emily: "Good morning, Thomas."
Edward: "We've all got a busy day ahead of us."
Percy: "I've got to deliver the mail."
Edward: "I have to take a goods train to Wellsworth."
James: "I have to take a passenger train."
Emily: "I also have a passenger train."
Gordon: "I'll be pulling the Express."
Henry: "I have to take the Flying Kipper."
Toby: "I have to work at the windmill."
Thomas: "And I'm working on my branch line with Annie and Clarabel."
And with that, Thomas and his went off to work.
