I happily introduce myself as KaleidoMirror. For those who don't know me yet, it's a pleasure to be here and share my work with you.
I am thrilled to bring you this update after facing several setbacks. The inspiration was always there, but finding the time to sit down at the computer has been a challenge. Between personal responsibilities and traveling to resolve other matters, progressing with my stories has been difficult.
I appreciate your patience and continued support. At the end of this chapter, I'd love to hear in the comments which story you'd like me to prioritize for quicker updates.
"Harry Potter" and all its literary installments, as well as the original film adaptations, belong to the author JK Rowling. I also drew inspiration from "Fate/Stay Night" and its various adaptations and visual novels, originally owned by the author Kinoko Nasu and Typemoon.
Are you ready?
Enjoy!

- Transfiguration Classroom -
Shirou felt overwhelmed by the situation.
Half of the class had passed without further incidents, but during this time, he hadn't made any significant progress. For now, he took a deep breath, trying to suppress his curiosity about the rest of his classmates.
Although perhaps it wasn't necessary, it wasn't unusual for some to congratulate each other, while others displayed emotions like frustration. It was easy to imagine the varying degrees of success among them. Clearly, compared to them, he was a complete novice with virtually no knowledge of magic.
"It's only my first day," he thought, trying not to get discouraged. "It's not all lost. I just need to put in enough effort and dedication so I don't fall behind."
While he was lost in thought, Professor McGonagall's voice pulled him out of his reverie.
"Excellent result, Miss Granger!" she announced, holding up a silver needle with a satisfied smile. "As everyone can see, your classmate has successfully transformed a matchstick into a silver needle. Therefore, I am pleased to announce that Gryffindor earns five points!"
From his seat, Shirou watched the small display with interest. Hermione was flushed with embarrassment but remained proud, accepting the astonished glances from her peers. Mostly, there was pride and admiration, though a few seemed envious and resentful.
Even he felt a hint of pride for her, though a frustrated voice interrupted the brief moment of triumph. Ron slammed his wand on the desk with some force and slumped into his seat, looking dejectedly at Hermione.
"This can't be! This is so hard!" he complained, puffing out his frustration. "And it's only our first day. I really don't see the point in practicing so diligently..."
His friend's words drew Shirou's attention, and he glanced at his own desk. Surprisingly, Ron had managed a partial transformation of his matchstick, turning it into a sort of clamp. With a bit more practice, he might soon reach Hermione's level.
Many might view this result negatively, but Shirou was different; it didn't discourage him at all. He was determined to double down on his magical studies, even if he struggled to find the right balance, with his own results, at best, being nonexistent. Time was on his side to tackle his issues one by one.
With that in mind, he decided to trust in his abilities, trying to analyze the small "trick" he had discovered. As he imagined the metallic composition he wanted to achieve with the matchstick, he felt a stable vibration while condensing the "image."
