Gato the business tycoon who apparently ruled Nami no Kuni with an iron fist.
He oppressed the people and was driving the country into poverty.
He killed people he didn't like, raped any woman he wanted and most of all he was taking away their livelihood while taking up protection money from them.
The first protocol was that they'd have to go back. Natsumi however spoke up.
Sensei if it's all right with you can we continue the mission" Natsumi asked.
Kushina was a little sad that Natsumi called her sensei instead of mom but she just brushed that aside for now.
"Sumi-chan. I understand why you want to do this mission more than anyone. But the team's opinion matter as well." Kushina said.
We have to do it mom all those people are being treated like that makes my blood boil we need to save them" Narumi said with vigor.
Yeah that Gato guy is going to die by our hands" Mito said.
Team eleven then continued on their journey but the were all thinking one thing.

They all decided to ask her later since right now they were all focused on protecting Tazuna who was close to peeing his pants.
Slowly they made their way across and came to a river.
They got on a boat. The boat man was risking his life to take them across the river. They finally witnessed the large, unfinished bridge that could be seen from afar.
"That looks great even in this state." Kushina said as she walked across the water.
Mito and Narumi pouted since they haven't learned how to walk on water while Natsumi merely chuckled since she already knew how to do it.
Yeah by the time I'm done all of Wave will be open to other countries so we can trade. I can't express how thankful I am to all of you" Tazuna said
"Don't worry Tazuna san. We'll make sure that you get to finish your bridge" Mito said
"It really does look great" Natsumi added her two cents.
They soon came to shore and there was a mist covering the entire forest.
They got off the boat as the rower said he can't risk taking them any further without alerting Gato's thugs.
The group of six are making their way across as both Natsumi and Kushina looked around.
Narumi threw a kunai into the grass and went to inspect her victim. It was a bunny.
Nice shooting noob" Mito said as Narumi blushed in embarrassment.
Natsumi and Kushina merely looked at the white bunny. They were not supposed to be around here unless someone had.
'Kawarimi.'
"Get down!" Both Kushina and Natsumi yelled
Kushina grabbed Mito and pulled her down while Natsumi tackled Tazuna and Narumi.
A great zanbatou whirled where their heads were previously positioned and then embedded itself onto a tree.
A large muscular man with bandages over his body stood on the etched blade. The lower half of his face is covered.
A scratched Kiri hitae ate is on his forehead. His eyes were fixed on all of them as he sent them a menacing stare.
"Well well Zabuza Momochi's here... Fuck." Kushina said as she braced herself for the battle that was to come.
'Looks like this might not be a boring mission after all.'
