My friend and I, Tyler, have been Best Friends since preschool. We did everything together. Now, as everybody who knows me, I hang out with guys only. I am a total tomboy. I know, I am a girl, but I just don’t like hanging out with them. There all just like “OH lets go shopping!” and shit like that.
I was walking home with all my guy friends: Tyler, Jacob, Jay, Liam, and Chase. “So, Jade, what are you going to do this weekend?” said Jay. Jay is a nice guy, tall (let’s face it, all the guys are taller than me by and inch or so). “I might just sleep.” I say. “That’s what Science is for Jade.” said Jacob. I laugh. “What else?” said Jay. “Nothing. My mom is gone for the weekend. I’m going to be alone just doing whatever the hell I want.” I say. “Could we come over?” said Chase. Chase was always the one wanting to go over to peoples houses. “I guess.” I say. We all walk to my house. “Hi Mom” I say. “Hey Jade, Tyler, Jacob, Jay, Liam, and Chase!” said my mom in the kitchen. We all walk up to my room. My room is a nice black room with a gray bed set. I got the master bedroom because, of course, my mom is never here. My mom normally lives at the office. I throw my backpack on the floor, glad that I don’t have to pick it up for another 3 months. I turn on my plasma screen TV and throw them all a controller. AFTER PLAYING COD….. We all go downstairs and I pop in a 30 pack on mini chicken wings. “When is it going to be done?!” said Jacob. “Jacob, I just put them in. So chill and see what’s on TV.” I say. All the guys but Tyler sit on the couch and find something on TV. “How long?” said Tyler. “How long what?” I say. “Till you start liking me.” said Tyler. “Although your hotter than hell, I don’t want to mess up our friendship.” I say. Tyler has asked me out ever since 4th grade. Then he went onto the flirting thing since 5th grade. Now were in 9th grade and he still flirts with me. “So?” said Tyler. “I love you in friendship, and I’m sorry, but I think that’s all we’ll ever be.” I say. “Oh….” said Tyler putting his head down. “Don’t play the depressed card again Tyler.” I say checking the wings. “I’m not.” said Tyler. “Yes you are.” I say. “Jade, can I ask you something?” said Tyler. “What.” I say. “Can I have a hug?” said Tyler. I smile and give him a hug. Jacob turns around “LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!!” said Jacob. “SHUT UP JACOB!” I yell pulling away from Tyler. Tyler puts his hands in his pockets. I pull out the wings “DONE” I yell. All the guys get up and grab a paper plate. I grab my wings and sit on the couch. Tyler sits next to me. Jay also sits by me. The others sit on the floor. I put my feet on Liam’s head. “Really Jade?!” said Liam. Liam hates it when people touch his hair. “Yes Liam, really” I say giggling. Liam slaps my feet. I put my feet on his shoulders. He groans and eats his wing. Chase sits on the floor. AFTER WE ALL EAT OUR WINGS………. I get a call from my mom. “I’ve landed” said my mom.
