𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐖𝐎𝐎𝐃𝐒:

Growing up I was gifted with wealth. My parents never raised me to be a spoilt brat. My mother met my father in college and they instantly fell in love. However, they divorced when I was 16. My father was wealthy too when he was a child. I am an only child. Ever since I was little I have wanted a sibling, preferably a little brother. But as I had grown older, I didn't mind so much.

My parents always expected the best of me and always taught me manners. I was a polite girl who took care of herself. I never received bad grades and I was top of the class.

However in high school this girl - Evie - she never liked me. She wanted to be better than me, always comparing me to her and belittling me. She was always second best in the class and she was jealous of the fact I was first. When I finished year 11, I could not be happier. I was finally free from her constant nasty comments and her envy towards me.

Today I was starting University. I was 20 years old living in my own apartment in London. Yes you may be thinking why I live in a small apartment if my family is loaded. Well I have always wanted a smaller home, growing up I never liked the mansions my family owned. Of course I was grateful I mean who wouldn't be?

I was never the type of girl to live in old money style houses with a ridiculous amount of space. I always wanted to live in a smaller town or even the countryside in a normal sized home. My bestfriend - Francessca lived 2 floors up from me, so it was great for sleepovers.

Before I met him, I was a doll. This controlled little thing. I didn't have freedom of what I could do, or who I could go and visit.

When I met him, I felt comfort. He didn't know it but I felt a relief. He protected me silently in many ways my past couldn't.

After I met him, I was a new woman; for the better.

He saved me, in every way that a person can be saved.
