a few weeks has passed and it is safe to say that ara's popularity grew and chaewon and yeji always stuck to her like gum, doing and following everything that she says, especially chaewon.
it was obvious that chaewon stuck for the popularity. couldn't say the same about yeji though. but whatever. ara plans to ignore it for as long as she could. as long as neither of them cause trouble or anything, it's all fine.
and since she was talked about all the time, everything that she does is reported real time and everything will reach taehyun. so she can't cause too much trouble. for now at least. she doesn't want to upset taehyun but these people can be too frustrating sometimes.
taehyun knows that it isn't easy to change your behaviour. things like that don't happen in a blink of an eye but he hopes that his sister won't cause any major trouble as long as she haven't graduated from this university.

"let's head to the cafe. i need to get coffee." says ara and chaewon and yeji just nodded before tge three heads to the cafe.
"you getting these for your brother?" asked yeji.
"yeah. he's skipping breakfast way too often these days. he's gonna make my hair grey before i reach 30 or something." says ara while she picks out the pastries that she knows taehyun would love.
"looking at it, you're lowkey a good sister. like i never expected someone like you to be caring about your brother because i don't."
ara let out a chuckle. what an unnecessary backhanded compliment.
"and that's what makes us different chae. just by you saying that, it shows how far better i am than you are. being selfish all the time isn't something to be proud off. do better okay?" ara smirked after saying those words to chaewon's face and put the pastries that she picked on the counter.
"add one iced caramel macchiato and iced vanilla latte. make it quick." ara says and leaves to sit at a table where chaewon and yeji were while waiting for her drinks.
"ara, did any guy catch your eye yet?" asked chaewon to fill the void.
"nope. there's no one yet. why? did someone catch your eye?"
"you could say that but i've just seen him here and there. never actually interacted with him though. oh, speaking of this, do you know choi yeonjun? have you heard about him? he's a sophomore in the fashion department."
"nope. never heard of him before. why?"
"omg are you kidding me ara? he's like so famous and he just came back from an exchange program. he is handsome, rich, fashionable and his connections are all tip top. it's crazy. he always organises sick parties and i heard he's gonna do one to celebrate his return. but i'm not sure if this party is by invite or if it's open to all. i really want to go to the party."
