"Just like his father, filthy and useless. Look at his eyes so bloodthirsty."
"Couldn't even keep his friends around.(laughs)"
"Hahah. Look at him crying. You wanna go to your mommy you crybaby. Hahah"
"You are just worthless."
"You can never be better than the rest."
"Just like your father."
"Your father left us because of you! Do you not know?"
"Mother has been distressed at your behaviour. Can you not change back, Sam?"
"He has changed so much. Just like his father."
"Everyone has left him."
"Sam."
I woke up immediately at the sound of Raj's voice. The nightmares had been more frequent now than before and they have been haunting me for too long. I heard my phone ringing and I immediately checked it to see that Raj was calling me. I looked at the time and realized that I was late. I picked up the call and said ," Hello?"
"Where are you? I told you we are supposed to meet at the cafe nearby. Are you still sleeping?"
"I am on my way. Just give me five more minutes."
He sighed."Okay."
I quickly got out of my bed and changed into my clothes and got fresh and left as soon as possible. Damn my nightmares, I couldn't be late again. Not today. Not with Raj again.

"Thanks for coming on time, I guess. I thought you would be really late as usual",said Raj.
I looked at him for awhile and just nodded.
"So anyways. What I had wanted to show you is a little far away so I hope you have brought your car along."
"No I didn't."
"Oh well great then. The bus it is then."
"But like where are we going?"
"To Adam's house, duh."
"Oh and why exactly?"
"'Cause I said so."
"What the-"
"Also because I think I am on to something here. I will tell you the rest when we reach there."
"Why not just tell me on the bus."
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because I want to take revenge."
"For what?"
"For taking me to the school without telling me a thing for the whole ride."
"You are a petty boy."
"Oh you haven't even seen me being petty yet."
I was a little taken aback by the comeback but I was happy I got one at all. Raj giving comebacks are rare and I was happy to be one of the reserved people.
