Wilbur felt something hit the back of his head, then it all went black.

A few hours later~

"You're awake."

"W-where are you?" Wilbur recognized the familiar voice, Quackity. He looked around even though  his eyesight was  blurry

"I'm by the door, estupido"

Wilbur winced at being called stupid and it hurt even more since he understood Spanish. "You have your duck back I'm guessing, can I go?..." His tone was quiet and defeated.

"Not until you tell me why you wanted it so bad."

"I didn't mean to take your du-"

"But you specifically came into Las Nevadas territory, you should know I own everything here. Now tell me why and don't stall or I will start to torture you."

Wilbur looked at him in terror. He knew he should've expected nothing less anyways. "Okay! Okay, I'm sorry but it was for a dare..."

Quackity scoffed in disbelief at the childish answer, "A dare? You gotta be kidding me. You did that for a dare? You came onto the land of the most ruthless mafia, just to get a duck for a stupid date? (Oh god guys duck autocorrected to dick😭)

"Yeah..."

"Well too bad your not getting out of here."

"Wait! Please I need to bring back the duck!"

Quackity's eyes narrowed in suspicion, most people wouldn't be this persistent to him much less any member of his mafia. "Oh? And why is that?"

"I-if not my friend is going to expose something horrible about me and I can't have him ruin my reputation..."

Quackity felt sympathy for the younger, he had felt the same way with his ex Schlatt. (yes Wilbur is younger than quackity I'll put it in the next chapter) "How bad is this secret?"

Wilbur looked up at Quackity hopelessly "extremely..."

Quackity groaned and slumped against the wall, he hated having a soft spot for people with similar trauma. "Fine. You can take one of my ducks back but you need to bring him back before sunset tomorrow, deal?"

Wilbur's eyes widened he had not expected that, "Y y-yes thanks so much!" He jumped up and hugged the shorter man making quackity recoil. Wilbur's grip was strong but comforting so he eventually gave in.

"There is a price you have to pay though."

"Eh already saw it coming, what do I have to do?"

"You'll find out at sunset tomorrow and if you don't keep your deal, well you already know."

"Yes sir! I can't thank you enough"

"Just don't make me regret it. Oh one more thing."

"Yeah?"

"Don't tell anyone, and I mean anyone that you made a deal with me. If he asks why you have to return it respond with something like 'I don't want to be hunted down by the mafia' or something like that, okay? That is crucial."

"Of course! You can count on me."

Quackity sighed in relief. "Well be on your way now, he escorted Wilbur out but not before handing him a small duck.

"I can't thank you enough."

"Just bring Sun back that's all the thanks I need."

"Their name is Sun?" He looked at the fluffy duckling in his hand, "That's a great name."

"Mmm I pick all their names out. Anyways get lost." Quackity laughed, it was his way of saying goodbye.

"Yup! Thanks I won't forget!"

Quackity waved to Wilbur. All that was left was to wait.
