No one's pov

Yn is a girl (sorry for the non-binary people) of 19 years old, who does her dream job: working in an hospital as a nurse.

Yn's pov

As every night, i had to go to the hospital, nightshifts are really hard, but since at night it's always calm, it's more bearable; i'm a nurse, but at night i help my coworker, Betty, with her work as a secretary (not secretary, but those people that work at the front desk).

Tonight i was alone, since Betty took a day of rest; usually she was the only one i talked to during my shift, there are the guards, and some nurses checking on the patients, but they're focused on their job so i prefer to not disturb them.
All the staff of the hospital is alarmed since 4 person arrived here already dead and two patients were killed while they were recovered here; the death was always the same: without their kidneys and some of their organs had lots of bites, around the body there were various wounds and signs that they tried to fight back, this is not something that an animal can do, so why should an human do such barbaric thing like this? For what purpose? if it's because they sell organs, then why are there bites? and especially, why risking so much by doing all this in a hospital?

Those were the questions that i was thinking about, until i felt a shiver down my spine, the doors opened and chill night wind came inside, it must be a guard or someone who needed help, both cases i had to stay in my seat and wait for them.

Then, that person threw a rock as far as possible, while my head turned to watch the object i heard some steps, fast steps, getting closer to me.

In no time, i felt something sharp touching my throat and a gloved hand ready to shut my mouth, who was that person? what do they need? should i ask them about it? maybe not or they'll shut my mouth; i felt their body really close to mine and my chair, they were really tall, that person leaned down and with their head close to my ear, i heard what it was a male voice, it was soothing but slightly raspy, he said:

-"Don't scream, don't fight back, don't run, don't call for help, do what i tell you, understood?"
-"P-please don't hurt anyone" i said trying not to scream or move since the blade was still pressed on my throat; But he ignored what i said and directly asked:

-"Are there any guards?"
-"Yes, many"
-"... Listen, now you're gonna help me walk around the halls without being suspicious"
-"How?"

My throat was free from the blade, now both of his hands were on my shoulders,  my body froze, then i was free from his hands and i heard him take a few steps back, still i was too scared to turn behind and look at him.

-"Grab a wheelchair and a sheet, now" he demanded.

I stood from my chair and without looking at him i did what he told me, i came back, my gaze was still down, what if i looked at him and then he killed me? he could do that, what could ever stop him?

-"Why do you need these?" i said trying to not make my voice sound too shaky;
-"I told you" he sat in the wheelchair and threw at himself the sheet;
-"I know this hospital so if you're gonna lead me to the wrong room, it's over for you, go to the room 217"

I started pushing him, and my gaze left the ground, the first thing i noticed of his covered figure, is that he's really tall, the sheet didn't cover his back so i saw that the man was wearing a black hoodie, with the hood up.
During the walk i was scared, trying to think of what's better to do, he's an armed stranger, maybe he's the one who killed those people, and he wanted to strike again, if he succeeded i would have on my hearth the weight of a defenseless patient, if he didn't what would happen?

He was really heavy, so i was struggling, and while pushing a guard recognized me:

-"Nurse (y/n), do you need help?"
-"What? Ehm, no it's okay, thank you"
-"Who's the patient? What's his problem?"
-"He is.." and now? what can i say? surely not the truth "he is around 20, probably he drank too much and passed out, a driver saw him and drove him here, i couldn't find out too much" i hope he believes my words;
-"Okay, if you need any help just call us"
-"thank you, i will" i kept pushing the wheelchair away from the guard.

That man didn't move an inch during all this time, and while i was almost near the room 217, i stopped:

-"We're almost there, but first, whatever your intentions are, the entire building is full of cameras, so even what happened in the entrance it's already recorded, you should leave"

Nothing, but then the sheet moved followed by a laugh

-"Oh, don't worry dear, let's say that a friend of mine already resolved this little issue"
-"What... what are you gonna do in that room?"
-"Let's say that, if you wondered if i have something to do with those 6 deaths, you were right"

He stood up letting the sheet fall on the blue floor, he turned and looked at me, and i saw him, he was around 6,8 ft tall, he was wearing all black, also he had a black backpack, instead of his face there was a blue royal mask with two black holes where there was a black liquid dripping from them.

From the pocket of his hoodie he took out a scalpel, did he stole it when he last came here?
He turned again and walked in from of the room, ready to strike, he was calm and took his time but still he seemed eager, i stood there, i couldn't let him kill my patients, no one was in sign, he opened the door and before he took the first step inside i tried something out of desperation:

-"Wait!" i half shouted, he stopped and turned his mask to me;
-"Isn't there any alternative instead of killing innocents?" he shook his head;
-"Really? nothing, because if you need organs... maybe i can help you"

He tilted his head, as if he was curious to what i was going to say next.
