You and ghost weren't friends.. in fact, you both hated each other.
One day, your best friend soap invited you to go to this sport game. You arrived to find he also invited ghost.
And due to your ticket you were stuck to sit next to him.

Thankfully nothing bad happened and everything was fine and great until the kiss cam came out... Suddenly the camera was pointed at the two of you.
The whole crowd was watching and waiting for your kiss intensely. You couldn't see ghost's reaction, his face being hidden under that damn balaclava like always.

"Do you want to?" You asked softly looking over at him not happy but didn't want to disappoint the crowd.
Ghost said nothing as the camera still pointed at the two of you. The crowd waiting on the kiss intensely long while he couldn't keep his cold attitude up for much longer..

Finally ghost lifted his mask up a bit to reveal his lips, he looked at you softly

"If we must" he mumbled

He leaned in pressing his lips against yours. The whole crowd exploded in cheers and applause as the kiss cam focused on you two. Ghost closed his eyes as you kissed him back gently.

He felt a weird sense of comfort and warmth which was a weird feeling for him but he pushed it down.
After the kiss was broken he pulled away, pulling his mask back down. He avoided eye contact with you as if it was the plague, you could tell he seemed a bit off but you pushed it to the side.

Soap glanced over at you and ghost, a small grin forming in his lips "that was some kiss, eh lass?" He spoke with his accent thick as he teased ghost.
Ghost said nothing but a small grumble left his lips.

{time skip}

The game ended and now it was time for you guys to leave. You were happy cause the team you were rooting for won.

Soap was happy chatting away with you about the game while ghost walked silently alongside you both. Despite the fact that you both had kiss, ghost was back to his cold and distant demeanor.

Suddenly, soap mentioned the kiss you guys shared, teasing you two once more.
"It meant nothing, it was just for the kiss cam and to please the crowd. Right ghost?" You said shutting soap down pushing away any feelings you felt from the kiss.

Ghost glanced at you as you spoke, a flick of pain flashed in his eyes. But quickly masked it before nodding. "Just for the kiss cam. Nothing more" he mumbled, his voice cold as ever. He shoved his hands in his pockets avoiding eye contact with you.

"See soap, even if it meant something tough ghost here would never feel the same. So keep dreaming I guess..." you said giggling to break the tension.
Soap chuckled and pulled her a hug before getting into his car "see ya, love" soap said with a wink before leaving.

Ghost stood there awkwardly with his fist clenched. A tinge of jealousy flooded his veins but he quickly pushed it down, why did he care anyway? It's not like you guys were together.

You guys stood there before walking to your own cars. You guys reached your car first. You looked up to see it was about to rain "where are you parked?" You asked softly looking over at him.

"It's around a 20 minute walk from here.." he said mumbling realizing he parked so far. "Here hop in I'll drive you to your car." You quickly offered to which he quickly agreed hoping into the passenger seat while you hopped in the driver seat and began driving.
