Lily:

"NATHAN" Zoe screams,

Mom had offered to take care of her this new year's because Nathans mom had to take another shift.

Nathan and I on the other hand are spending the new years with the others, we're staying at Olivia's lake house in Texas.

Yeehaw.

"What, baby" Nathan raises a brow as he continues packing my clothes,

Such a gentleman.

"Will you do my nails before you leave" she smiles, showing off the fact she lost her second tooth.

She even sent a picture to everyone from her iPad with text saying, "20 BUCKS RITCHER."

"Of course, baby" he kisses the top of her head before he closes my suitcase,

Truly I don't even think I've overpacked this time,

I mean we are staying there for two weeks,

Nathan has already packed so he sweetly offered to help me, I mean who would say no to that.

"Anything else, love" he asks, putting the suitcase next to the others,

"Well, I need to pack make up, but I'll do that. You can pack the snacks from downstairs if you'd like" he nods and leaves my room,

I walk into my bathroom and put all my makeup into the sink, shit.

I begin going through everything to see what I actually need to bring, once I've got my makeup all sorted, I'm done.

I put my makeup and hair stuff in the same suitcase as my bikinis and other small things like that.

I also grab my MacBook and I put it into my little tote bag.

Nathan got me it when we went shopping for books,

I grab everything I need, and I grab one of the suitcases and my tote bag and I begin walking down the stairs.

I see Nathan painting Zoe's nails as she sits on the kitchen counter, her feet dangling off the counter.

I grab the small bags of snacks Nathan has put out and I put them into my bag.

"You ready" I put my hand on Nathans shoulder, and he gives it a quick kiss,

"Almost" he finishes the last nail and Zoe looks at him approvingly.

"I'm going to miss you Lily" She hugs me carefully, making sure she doesn't ruin her nail polish.

"What about me" Nathan asks offended,

"I'll survive" she smiles, patting him on the chest.

I laugh and Nathan shoots me a 'glare'.

"Told you I was her favorite" I kiss him on the cheek,

He grabs my butt and I squeal,

"Hey" I laugh, his hand still resting on my bum.

"Ew" Zoe makes a face before jumping off the counter and running off, I swear she's made of rubber 90 percent of the time.

"Wait there was 10 bags of snacks why do I only have 8" I mumble under my breath before looking at Nathan and raise a brow.

He hides a smile behind a fake cough, he puts two empty zip lock bags onto the counter, he offers an adorable smile and scratches his neck.

"I promised Eli I'd pack extra for him so you'll have to share" I shrug, his smile fades in an instant.

His arms snake their way around my waist, he kisses the exposed skin on my neck. I lean back into him.
