Coming from a rough childhood she found herself reliving her same nightmares over and over again. "What is sleep?" She asks her self every time she gets ready for bed just to lay there and think about all the evil stuff she has witnessed throughout her whole life.

Hailee has had a strict childhood growing up. She wasn't allowed to have friends, she was homeschooled, and was forced into self defense classes every birthday to refresh her memory. On her 18th birthday everything changed, she found out her parents weren't actually her parents and there was an argument that began to shake the house until the break in happened. She heard glass shatter and her "parents" told her to run and hide, and to not come out until she feels it is safe. She looked through the cracks of her hiding spot to see 5 people dressed in black destroying the house, then gunshots filled her ears with ringing. She remembers hearing her parents scream, accidentally making a noise that led the strangers to believe someone else was in the house, as soon as they left the area she was in. She broke out of her hiding spot and ran instantly to the door when one of the strangers grabbed her by her hair. She began to freak out until she remembered how to get out of his hold. She broke lose, hitting the stranger as hard as she can, the stranger falls to the floor but as he fell he cut her on her face from the knife he had hidden. She sees her parents laying there in blood and grabs the object to her left which happened to be a poker for a fire, the stranger tries to get up from the floor. Blood dripping down her face from the cut, Hailee proceeds to black out and does what she has to do to survive. As she stabs him, she hears the commotion from upstairs stop and they begin to run to her location, unsure of if she killed him or not she ran out the front door and never looked back.

6 years later...

Hailee tried to put her rough life behind her but it always seemed to catch up to her. She moved to a small town in LA. She created a whole new look for herself including a mask to hide her face because of the scar that was left, which she has become more confident without the mask. Some days are worse than others. She changed her last name to Berry keeping her first name to ensure she remembers the parents who raised her even though they weren't her actual parents. She is full of darkness, grief, and guilt and everything she has done or did ruined her completely but continues to thrive to figure out the answers she's been looking for. She's mainly by herself now, she doesn't let anyone get close to her heart, well what's left of it. As she begins her new life in LA, she tries to make the nightmares go away but they won't and never will as she has seen everything she has had to see to ruin her forever. She's hoping to be fixed one day but doubts it every morning when she looks at her self in the mirror to begin her day, walking out the door not knowing wether or not she will come back.

"I really have to go to the mall today to grab some new clothes since I left all of mine behind." She says as she's getting in her car to begin her day. She starts her car and turns on her driving playlist that she made awhile back to help calm her nerves. Ever since the murder of her "parents" she became anxiety ridden and scared of a lot of things, hoping it doesn't happen to her every second she's awake.

Hailee gets to the mall and realized it's packed full of people. "What the fuck? Everyone decided to come to the mall today I guess." As she pulls around to the side parking lot due to the regular ones being taken. A group of guys are standing next to their vehicles talking and smoking, Hailee notices these men and keeps note of their appearances. She normally does that because she lacked at remembering the men from her childhood that scarred her so she doesn't make the same mistakes again. "Well let's get this over with." She gets out of her car and looks up and noticed one of the guys staring directly at her, his eyes were looking into her soul, she tries to look away but his eyes were to captivating at that moment. He looked as though he wanted every bit of her, as if she was the only woman he wanted to look at. She looks him in his eyes for a few more seconds and then gives a nervous smirk at him as he's still staring into her soul, finally she breaks the eye contact and turns to walk to the mall. He's watching every move she makes she can feel every bit of his glare from behind her. Her body feels hot and anxious wanting more from this stranger for some reason as if he put a spell on her. She goes straight to the ladies room to freshen up. Hailee looks back into the mirror wiping her face off from the cold water, "why was he staring at me?" "Why did I feel warm inside just from a strangers glare.?" "You don't need to get distracted, snap out of it." She says to herself. She proceeds to open the door from the ladies room to go about her day of shopping, she finds her self in front of the mysterious stranger. She slowly looks up at him with her bright blue eyes remembering every little detail about him. He looks down at her, into her eyes as the tension grows between them. She was speechless, he was towering over her, again staring into her soul. Finally she asked, "w-what are you doing here? This is the ladies room." He just smiles at her. Hailee looks up at him one last time and he says "You will be mine one day Angel." As she looks down at the ground, he carefully backs her up against the wall, with his tattooed muscles blocking her in with no escape and proceeds to finish with "I will make sure of it." He backs up and gives her a smirk and walks away leaving her to deal with the heat that just took over her body.
