"I want to play." I said holding my phone. I'm holding it firmly. Slashing the watermelons out like its my enemy.

God! I've been playing stick hero for the last 120 days of my life and this, is so ADDICTING!

"You're already playing Joan." He said and I knew that he just rolled his eyes at me.

"No. I mean, I love stick hero but I want to play something new. I want it enjoyable." I smiled, paused the game and looked at him with my cheeky grin.

"Isn't that enjoyable? Com'on! Puno na nga yang Iphone mo dahil sa mga games na ini-install mo! 64 gb na yan, di ka pa ba kuntento? At papaluin mo na naman ako kapag palaging nagla-log yan!" He said almost shouting. Okay! I know he can be nosy sometimes but he can spell the sentence I DON'T CARE.

"I dare to play an exciting game." I said narrowing my eyes.

"Like?" He asked with his right eyebrow arched.

"Feelings involved? I like the thrill."

"How?"

"We'll make a game." I grinned and narrowed my eyes.

"But.." He utters a word but I cut him off.

"A game in reality. I like it when the character or the hero falls." I smiled wickedly.

"It fails because of lost control."

"You mean you'll make an app? Alam mo?" Sabi niya na parang namamangha. Ignorant, tsk! His expressions changed as his brows turned into curves.

"Oh! Oh, yes! That's exciting!!" He chanted raising his fists up in the air.

"No, you twerp!" Kinutusan ko siya at inirapan. Nakapagtataka nga na naging kaibigan ko siya. Heller, he's too nosy and slow! God's just too good, I guess.

"Then what?"

"I want it for real." I nearly whispered and he nodded with a smile. He seems in approval.  As if naman naiintindihan mo talaga!

"Oy naiintindihan ko!" He shouted answering my thoughts. Teka paanong--?

"Well, I know you. I know it when you're cursing me inside your head." He muttered rolling his eyes answering my unvoiced query.

"No, I'm not and I don't curse! You jerk!"

"Yeah, I believe you though." Tamad niyang sabi sakin. Nagkibit-balikat lamang siya and I therefore conclude he's immuned.

"Whatever. Let's just call the game---"

"Love Game!" He shouts and smiles from ear to ear.

"Nah. Too common. So corny!"

"I know. But this is another story to tell. It's the game, not the title!" Well... it's convincing, but...

"Sige na nga! Ang corny mo talaga!!" And I nodded.
