CHAPTER TWO

Feng Jiu and Manlu were both walking when they heard someone call out Manlu name. They both turned and Manlu dragged her towards the person who was calling her.

Upon arriving Manlu gave the women whom Feng Jiu noticed to be her mother a hug. Manlu was a perfect mixture of both her parents.

Feng Jiu being a emotional person wiped her tears, she was happy to see friend reunited with her parents.

Feng knew how much Manlu missed them both, not wanting to intrude on the family reunion Feng Jiu tried to excuse her self but Manlu did not let her fingers go. After Manlu finished hugging her parents she turned and introduced Feng Jiu to her parents.

" Mom, dad this is my best friend Jiu'er. She has made my stay so enjoyable that if it was not for her I would have left. She likes to pretend that she is the older one yet she is younger than me."

Manlu mother gave Feng Jiu a hug, she was grateful that her daughter had a wonderful time and friend, and it was all because of this young women.

" We are so glad to finally meet the young women who has been taking care of our little sunshine. In each letter she has been talking about you."

" I hope she said good things about me."

" Mom I am old for you to call me that."

The four of them laughed and began talking to each other. Manlu parents asked her about her family and she told them that she was a princess though she did not tell them from which royal family.

The Bai royal family was known through out the nine heavens and seven seas rivalry the royal heaven family. Though the heaven clan would not admit it, Feng Jiu knew that the Bai were the first and they were the last. It was all thanks to Dong Hua Dijun, High god Mo Yaun and Crown Prince Ye Hua that the nine heavens royal family was still standing.

She was grateful that her family were not after the fame and that they cared about the well being of their people and kingdom.

Feng Jiu grandfather perfered traveling while leaving his kingdom under the rulership of his children. Her grandfather was unlike the old, spineless ruler of heaven who did not want to give his throne to his grandson. Her uncle and aunt were more than ready to rule the nine heavens and yet that old man still wanted to rule.

Feng Jiu hoped that he dropped dead or he fell ill especially after how he treated her aunt and now her friend Cheng Yu.

Feng Jiu wanted to invite Manlu and her parents to Qing Qiu once they have finished their boarding.

The Bai royal family entered the receiving room as there were more parents coming in.

Many whispers were taking place as many wondered why they would be here. It was so rare to see the Emproer and Empress of Qing Qiu making an appearance unless it was something important such as attending a meeting in the nine heavens.

Some were shocked to see the King and Queen of North of Qing Qiu Kingdom in attendance. The first born son of Emproer and Empress of Qing Qiu was known as a person who disliked the spot light and yet many were shocked to see them here. They were all dressed in simply plain clothes yet many could see that the robes were of the finest fabrics.

The Bai family smiled towards those who greeted them as they made their way towards Die Feng who was directing his younger brothers and sisters.

" Die Feng greets Bai Zhi Dijun and Dihou Qi Xia and the rest of the Bai family."

" Thank you Die Feng, may we please know where is my grand daughter.?"

" If you can excuse me I will go and look for her."

Die Feng made his way to look for the princess. Though he was a prince himself he appearciated that Feng Jiu was a student just like the rest of them.

Feng Jiu was talking with Manlu family when brother Die Feng tapped her on her shoulder.

" Excuse me, Jiu'er your family is waiting for you at the entrance."

Feng Jiu excused herself and made her way towards them. She thanked her brother Die Fang.

" You all made it, I thought only father and mother would come."

Feng Jiu ran and gave her grandparents a hug whom were already smoothing her. She wanted to cry but would do so when she was alone with her family.

Many of her classmates both young and old were shocked that the princess of Qing Qiu was among them. Some treated her badly, while others ingorned her, some even called her names. But Feng Jiu been the person she is paid them no heed.

There were few who were actually nice to her. And Feng Jiu made sure that she would introduce them to her family.

For some she wanted her family to do business with them, they just needed to do a proposal and they will have a business partnership with Qing Qiu.

Grabbing her grandfather Feng Jiu introduced him to those who were all kind to her. Many of their family were so flushed and shocked that they could not say a word. She knew that she would have a word with her grandfather again. They both made their way back to where the rest of the family was and Feng Jiu went and sandwiched herself between her aunts.

" You both know that I am still mad that you did not tell me about Kunlun Mountain."

" Jiu Jiu it has been 100 years and you are still holding on to that grudge."

" What do you want us to do sweetie make sure that it is something reasonable and we will do it."

Feng Jiu tired to think what she wanted from them, and since her 35 000 birthday was coming up she would notify them both.

" You will both have to wait and see, it is possible on the coming future I might ask for a favor. All I want is for you to agree."

Her two aunts both rolled their eyes, smiling they both gave each other a knowing look knowing they had to go along with what their Feng Jiu wanted.

" Hey why did you not bring my little cousins, I was looking forward to seeing them. I even made them some deserts."

" They both came down with a flu, so they are with Migu and Ne Ne."

" When they are much better you will see them this coming weekend. A-Li and Fulu are both looking forward to seeing their cousin."

" Before you leave remind me to pack their deserts so they know that their cousin is thinking about them."

" By the way Cheng Yu asked me to give you this, she says she will see you this weekend something came up and it needed her attention."

Feng Jiu was disappointed that she could not make it but was looking forward to this weekend.

The three of them talked as Mo Yaun and Aihan made they way. Feng Jiu could not understand why she was always with him. She was smiling to each person until she made eye contact with Feng Jiu.

High goddess Ai Han and Feng Jiu were like fire and ice. She made her way towards them smiling while Mo Yaun went to greet her grandfather. Why was she coming here.

" High goddess Bai Gang and Bai Qian it is lovely to see you both. Long time no see. Have you both being well?"

Feng Jiu watched as her aunts greeted her. She tuned out of their conversations and started playing with her aunt Bai Gang hair.

She then left.

" She is going to be a good wife to him."

" He choose well."

Feng Jiu being her nosy self asked whom she would be marrying but they acted as though they did not hear her.

Feng Jiu was going to found who goddess Ai Han was going to marry and also confess her feelings to the one she liked.
