I put my phone in my bag and walked out the door. When I got o the elevator I kept thinking about the blind man. I don't know why but I feel this tug in my chest when I think of him and the first time I saw him. Ding. The elevator doors opened up. I saw the car and hopped in the back seat.

We got out the car and turned on our flashlights from our phones. We started walking to the house. " This whole neighborhood is fucking empty" said Alex " This guy is the last man standing" I say. " The lights are out" Money said. "He must be asleep" Rocky said looking at me. "He's blind lights don't mean anything" Alex said " it's 2 am he's sleeping" Rocky said "let's take care of that dog first, yeah?" Money said walking closer to the house. Rocky stops to smoke a cigarette. "Come on man." Money said to Alex. "He's chewing it, it'll be lights out in a sec." Alex said with his head looking in the gap of the fence. Money walks up to the door to unlock it. " There's four locks. You got the other keys?" Money walks over to Alex and said. "I only have one" "fuck me" Money said annoyed, and mad. "Why wouldn't he give backup keys to the security company" Alex said " because the money's in there, and the paranoid fuck doesn't trust anybody" Money says mad. "Calm down." I said to Money. "Let's check for a side door?" Rocky says to us and walked to the gate. Money threw a blanket over the gate so we can climb over. Money goes first then Alex,Rocky then me of course I'm last. I jumped over the gate and Rocky looked at me." U ok kay Kay?" Rocky said to me "Yea" I replied " sweet dreams, pup" Money says smiling.
