The sun shone brightly through the grand windows of the throne room, bathing the space in a warm, comforting light.

Amari stood in front of the large mirror, adjusting her suit and rehearsing the words she was about to deliver to the gathered citizens of the palace.

She took a deep breath, steadying her nerves as she glanced at the parchment in her hand, which contained the carefully written speech she was to give. This was her chance to address the people, to assure them that the recent turmoil was behind them, and to inspire hope for a brighter future.

A few weeks had passed since Richard's reign of terror ended, and the kingdom was slowly settling into its new reality. Amari, the rightful heir to the throne after her father Anslem, had been asked to stay at the palace by the king and queen. Initially, she refused, feeling uncomfortable with the idea of living in the same halls where her father had been murdered. But her mother's persuasion eventually won her over. However, she insisted that the king and queen accompany her, and they agreed.

As the appointed time drew near, the palace guards began escorting the citizens into the throne room. The air was thick with anticipation as they filled the seats, their eyes focused on the stage where Amari would soon appear.

Amari felt the weight of their expectations on her shoulders, but she also felt a surge of determination. She would not let them down.

The king and queen entered the throne-room, taking their places on their thrones with regal grace. They nodded at Amari, their eyes filled with trust and admiration.

"Dear friends and citizens of the palace," Amari began, her voice echoing throughout the hall.

"Today, we stand together as one, united in the knowledge that we have faced a great challenge and emerged victorious. But this victory is not without its lessons."

She paused, taking a moment to gather her thoughts before continuing. "It is time we acknowledge the errors of our past. The ban on inter-supernatural relationships was a misguided attempt to maintain order and control, but it only served to divide us. Love is a force that cannot be contained by rules or regulations. It is a gift that should be celebrated and encouraged, not restricted."

The crowd listened intently as Amari continued. "From this day forward, let us embrace our differences and come together in a spirit of unity. Let us learn from the mistakes of the past and work towards a brighter future where all are treated with respect and understanding."

Amari's voice grew stronger as she concluded her speech. "May this be the beginning of a new era, one of peace, acceptance, and love. Thank you."

The room erupted in applause as Amari finished her speech, the sound echoing off the stone walls. She smiled humbly, nodding her head in gratitude before taking her leave.

The king's advisor began addressing the crowd, but Amari wasn't listening. She made her way to Ivy, who looked stunning in a pretty gown that complemented her auburn hair. The delicate fabric hugged her curves in all the right places, and Amari couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and belonging.

As Amari approached, dressed in her regal tattire, Ivy turned to face her, a radiant smile lighting up her face.

"You were incredible up there," Ivy whispered, her eyes shining with pride.

Amari felt a warmth spread through her chest at the praise. "Thank you," she replied, reaching out to take Ivy's hand. "I couldn't have done it without your support."

Ivy shook her head at her modesty but smiled anyway. "Mhm you're much welcome but it was you who did the talking."

"Yeah, you look beautiful by the way," Amari said, her voice filled with admiration. "That gown was made for you."
