We pull into the parking lot of my apartment complex and I park the car. I look over at Jordan and rest my hand on his thigh, I can tell he's calmed down a bit but is still pretty shaken up. It makes my heart ache seeing him like this...
"Are you ready to head inside?" I look over at him.
He nods but doesn't look at me, he hasn't said a word since getting into the car, he's just been staring out the window the entire ride back home. I smile softly at him and open my door.
I go over to the other side of the car and help him out, holding my arm around him while we walk to my apartment. He sulks his way into the bedroom and shuts the door behind him.
I sigh softly and set my keys and wallet down by the front door, closing and locking it before heading to the bedroom.
I knock softly on the door, "Jordan..?"
I get nothing but a groan in response. I slowly and carefully open the door to the bedroom to find Jordan flopped on the bed, face down with his shoes still on and everything.
I walk in and sit down on the bed next to him and put my hand on his back. Without saying anything, he slowly scoots over until his head is in my lap and he groans softly, "...What do I do now..?"
"I..." I sigh, I don't know how to help him in this situation, "I don't know baby... But I'm here no matter what happens," I rub his back and try to comfort him.
I hear one of our phones going off in the bags and I carefully move his head off my lap, "I'll be right back, okay?" I give him a small kiss on his forehead and quickly go to check out what's making the phones go off. I pick up mine first, nothing. I pick up Jordan's phone and I quickly silence it...
The video and pictures got posted...
And everyone's messaging him about it and tagging him on the posts. I tap his phone against my leg before just turning it off and hiding it on top of the fridge, I can't let him know that it was already posted, it would destroy him, especially with the state he's in right now.
I sit back down next to him and rub circles on his back, he curls up next to me, "What was that about..?" He looks up at me.
"Someone, ah, added me to a groupchat without telling me, I just muted it. You're more important," I tell him.
He snuggles into me, staying quiet for a moment before speaking up, "I- I think I just want to sleep right now... I'm too worn out to do much else..." He sighs.
I continue rubbing his back, "That's alright, that's understandable, take your time baby..."
"Are you okay if I use the TV?" I ask him with a quiet voice, "Did you want to watch something to get your mind off things?"
He nods slightly against me and I pat his back softly, "Anything in particular?"
"No... Just whatever is fine..." He responds with a soft voice and shakes his head no.
I ruffle his hair and lean down to kiss his forehead, I see a smile flicker on his face for a split second before it's replaced with what looks like slight discomfort.
"Hey..." I gently rub his back, "You're not looking too good, are you feeling alright?" I ask him with a soft voice.
He shoots up and shakes his head no, his eyes welling up with emotion, "No! Of course I'm not okay!" His voice shakes with fear and anger as he slams his hand down on the mattress, "Why would I be okay right now?! I just got humiliated, Derek!"
His sudden outburst startles me, but before Jordan can say anything else, I wrap my arms around him and pull him close in an attempt to comfort him. He tightly wraps his arms around my waist and starts sobbing into my chest, his body trembling from his emotions spilling out.
I rest my chin atop his head and plant a soft kiss on his head, rubbing his back to try and help soothe him. "Oh Jordan... Just let it out, you need this," I mutter into his hair before placing another kiss on his head.
He lets out another violent sob and tightens his arms around me. I don't say anything else, I just let him get his emotions out, he needs this right now.

After a while, his sobs die down into uneven, shaky breaths and sniffles. He looks up at me with red and puffy eyes, tears threatening to fall again.
I give him a small, warm smile, and brush some stray hair out of his face. "How do you feel now? A little better..?" I ask in a soft voice.
He nods slightly, "A little..." His voice is raw from crying so much.
"I can tell you really needed to let all that out..." I wipe my thumb across his tear-stained cheek.
He smiles meekly and nods, leaning into my touch, "Yeah..." He rests his head back down on my chest and sighs shakily.
After a moment or so of silence I speak up, "I'm- I'm sorry about today, baby. I didn't think anything like that would happen..." I look down at him and gently run my fingers through his hair.
He sighs heavily, not moving his head, "I don't wanna think about it anymore..."
"Okay," I say softly and nod, placing a soft kiss in his hair, "I love you Jordan," I mutter, holding him close and attempting to soothe him still by rubbing his back.
"I love you too dork," He chuckles lightly and I feel him smile into my chest.
We stay like that for a while and he eventually falls asleep on my chest, not willing to let go of me even in his sleep. I smile softly and carefully pull the blanket over him, making sure he's comfortable before I decide to rest too.
