"I'll remember you as the star who invigorated my entire life."

Y/N's POV:
Christmas Eve was something we both enjoyed greatly-- more since we got to spend it with each other. Mom was out to aunt's place for giving her presents and stuff, so Oniichan took me out for a small Christmas shopping. Ahh... How exciting!
"SO... You're enjoying?!" He asked, his tender voice affable and eager as ever. Somehow Izuku-kun never failed to paint that smile on my face.
He was solicitous and always looking for a further opurtunity to make other's smile so that they never worry about him. To be honest, it makes me worry about him more somehow. He's been lately a bit off before this christmas week rose yesterday dawn.
I gently nodded eyeing that bag of items we bought for our friends and of course, Mom too.
"They're gonna love it!" I said, looking up at him, gaiety gushing through my veins-- my eyes sparkled bright as the reflections of dazzling lights fell from above.
"You bet it!" Oniichan remarked before holding the bags with one hand and resting the other on my far shoulder, above the thin layer of my shirt's cloth separting his velvety skin from my own. "Aren't you cold?" He added seeing the small goosebumps appear on my arm.
"No, it's ok rea..." I felt his arms slowly take his jacket off and put it on my shoulder, taking all the care one could ever ask for. I snuggled, smiling.
"Seriously?"
"Hero's duty!" Ah! How gentle and endearing he was! I surely can't deny the fact of achieving the best big brother in the world.

Izuku's POV:
A fluffy blanket of cotton-like snow had settled over Shizouka's streets-- yet made no difference in the number of people crowding over the wet roads and footpaths, gleefully relishing the magic and high spirits of christmas.
Imouto-chan must have been tired after all this-- I really yearn for her to be in elation forever, even if it costs me my life.
A great series of vivid fairylights dancing from right to left and corner to corner had lightened up the entire park, feeling as if little bits of fireflies had taken over the upper atmosphere of the tranquil park. I felt her soft winter breath touch my sleeve, my jacket slowly squeeze as the gap between us reduced when Y/N-chan finally laid her head on my shoulder.
Night fell upon us as a soft misty wind started to blow across the prefecture.

"Kacchan!"
My eyes were tired and drowsy-- there was an unusual, abnormal feeling to tension upon me. Where am I? Oh-- I remember this place...
"You cannot hurt Imouto-chan! She has not done anything bad to you--" Oniichan?! But- but why's his voice like- so young...?
"Huh! Move outta the way you damn nerd!" A voice yelled at him-- seemngly, my groggy and dazed mind could register, it was none other than Bakugo. But... why's he here?
I could see a part of Oniichan stumbling a little-- he was quirkless yet never hesitated to stand up for anyone, be it a stranger in need. I wanted to help him but- my body wouldn't agree a point. It felt as if all my energy was draining out of me into an endless ocean. Why am I this weak to even stand up...? Instead, I felt my head bang onto a hard, crusty, rough surface-- as such of a tree trunk. That was the last thing I ever felt.
"Y/N-chan! Imouto-chan!" I could bearly hear someone vocalling and calling my name out. Two small hands were shaking me-- I could feel them one as like...
"Oniichan...?" I murmured-- my voice childish and young-- as my eyelids slowly crept apart.
He smiled brightly-- felt as if a million rays of sunlight were radiating from him as that of a god. Well, he is one... at least in my eyes. I felt myself being pulled up from the cold-hard ground (hehe taylor swift :3) with two small soft arms and pulled into a tight embrace. I felt so warm and alive, as if all the pain this world had to offer had just been washed away by this.
But-- this was not the end.
It was not a happily ever after story like those in fairytales.
Instead, a whole turn towards a feeling similar to being sucked in a blackhole.
Oniichan started feeling lighter and lighter. His shoulder, that I could see covered with his own signature yellow shirt, was getting softer-- as if molecules were escaping away from him. I put my little amr saround him, just to realise that- that they could squeeze him now-- as air. He smiled and my hands completely passed through him as I saw him slowly fade away into the crystal clear cluster of stars in the dark night sky.

I woke up panting and breathing heavily-- What was that just now?
I couldn't feel much other than register the presence of absolutely no one sitting next to me. My eyes widened. No- this- this- can't be true! Oniichan... can't- I broke down not able to utterly digest the situation in front of me. It wasn't supposed to be like this!
I wiped a tear off my rosy cheeks-- wet and solemn. Then looked up at the sky to recognise a familiar vision.
My hand stretched upwards as I put them on a certain star, slowly closing my palm as a comet passed by.
Oniichan...
