Kaveri attended to her friend's birthday party in the evening, which explained why she left her college immediately after talking to Vijay and Kaavya. She was standing at the balcony, looking at the bright moon in the night sky.

Kumaran gave a sarcastic look at Kaveri which she chuckled in return.

Just then, they arrived to the college just in time.

Nivin: Ok ne, paakalaam.
Kaveri: Bye mama!!
Kaveri and Nivin bid bye to Kumaran and he left there immediately.
Nivin: Kaveri.
Kaveri: Sollu Nivin.
Nivin: Intha college unnaku pudichirukkaa?
Kaveri: Pudichirukkaa vaa? Rombavae pudichiru ennaku, ippadi oru college thaan naa ethir paarththuthunden.
