Oh running. Fuck. I hate running.

"Alright let's go through the register. Its a good excuse to get that done to. Ermmm. Tenya Iida"

"I will not let you down sir" a tall blue haired boy says.

"Anddddd. Tsuyu asui"

"Ribbit"

"Go stand on the tract. The robot at the end will track and confirm the time and who placed first."

We all watch as they both step on the race track.

"What are those things on his legs?" Ashido asks. I furrow my eyebrows but see weird metal stuff coming out of his shins.

"Whoaahh his legs are huge. Jesus"

"I know I wonder what his workout routine is." A boy laughs behind us. We both turn, revealing a red haired boy, with spiky teeth and a small scar over his eye to his eyebrow.

"Oh hello you scared me" I chuckle.

"Huh? Oh I'm sorry that was totally not manly of me interrupting your convosation sorryy" He akwardly chuckles.

"Don't apologise sweetie" I smile.

BANG!!

I jump again, holding my heart as we watch the two people run. Iida- I believe his name is- runs with extreme speed, leaving a trail of smoke behind him. My eyes widen as he makes a 50 metre sprint in less then 10 seconds.

"Holy crap! That was awesome!!" The boy shouts.

Tsu isn't to far behind and makes it shortly after, the robot recording there times.

"Alright. Erm let's see. Kirishima anddddd Uraraka"

"Oh nice! My go!" The boy yells.

"You're name is Kirishima? That's a cute name"

"Oh don't flatter me" He laughs. "Wish me luck" he grins before walking away.

"He seems sweet"

"Oh yeah totes. We went to the same middle school. He is so obsessed with manlieness but not toxic masculinity you know. More of Chieveley" Ashido laughs.

"Aww that's cute" I chuckle, as we watch them prepare. The brown haired girl gently touches her shoes as Kirishima warms up. Then the bang goes off again. Making me jump once again.

That bloody thing.

Once they finish Kirishima walks over again.

"Yeaaah 14 seconds. I am so awesome" He grins as he stands next to us.

"Good job" I smile.

"Yeeeah I don't even have a speed quirk. So I must be training really well then"

"I might just have to join you one day" I chuckle.

"L/n andddd Todoroki"

My eyes widen, my heart dropping a little. As I shift my view to the red and white haired boy I noticed earlier. Who is already making eye contact with me.

"Aaah he's so hot. Isn't he? So mysterious" Ashido squeals. "You're so luckyyy"

"Yes. Lucky" I say. Before walking over. Todoroki walking next to me.

"Hello" He says. "I did not know you were attending"

"Nor I you" I sigh.

"L/n?"

"You're small talk is not needed" I huff, standing in my place.

BANG!!

I yelp before seeing him gliding across the ground with ice. I gasp as he's already ahead of me.

Fuck.

I quickly run after him, watching him as he merely is only a few steps ahead of me. But i cross over the line in second place.

"15.67 seconds!" The robot yells as I pass. I pant, holding my knees. Before standing up straight, regaining my composure, walking over to Ashido and Kirishima.

"His powers are so cool!! No wonder he got here through recommendations!" Ashido fawns.

"He got in through recommendations?" I ask.

"Well duhhh" She laughs.

"Oh lovely good for him"

"I wonder if he's single. He's soooo cute!!" Ashido squeals again.
