I heard Bubba enter the room once again. I pushed the child into a colorful plastic floaty and pretended to be getting some goggles that fell to the bottom of the pool.

The only thing different that happened as he approached me, is that he had spoken this time, "I see you've finished the practice?" I nodded as calmly as I could. "Fast time, Hoppy used to teach this class and she was as slow as a snail! Her speed doesn't define her name most of the time...heh." I felt so relieved as he chuckled, I almost let out a sigh.

"I guess....you can finish your shift," my eyes lit up. "Thanks," I said as I walked up the wet, slippery stairs.

We walked shoulder next to shoulder through the halls, and arrived at the Home Sweet Home.
