After a goodbye was exchanged with Marvin, the Uber driver, I quickly dash inside the hotel like a madwoman seeing the time is now 4:19... My meeting with Hunter now only being a few minutes away now.

Vince McMahon, WWE's chairman and head of creative, announced his retirement this year, shocking most fans and talent. But Triple H has assumed many roles since and has taken over Talent Relations as of this month. I haven't had to work with Vince much at all, only meeting him a couple times due to being on NXT, so I've mostly worked with Hunter and Shawn, both I adore so much. I was a huge DX fan growing up, so I was very pleased to hear the news that Hunter was taking over WWE as a whole. Ironic those two are the ones in charge now, huh?

Hunter was the one who came to me a couples months ago to discuss moving to the main roster of Raw and Smackdown.

After checking in with the front desk in a very rushed manner, and all but running to the elevator, I finally make it to one of the suites at the top floor.

I discard— throw all my bags and things down as soon as I enter, only needing my laptop and charger for the Skype.

My palms begin to sweat as anxiety grows in my chest. Although I've met with Hunter a millions times to discuss things and go over ideas and plans, it's never been for something like this. Saturday is it. Saturday is my chance. I either grab the crowd and viewers attention or I don't. I either spark conversation on media, or not. In two days I will make my mark... or I won't.

Simple as that.

Sometimes we try so hard with the crowd and audience and it just falls flat. But I've worked and thought endlessly about this plan, this debut, I've dreamt of it ever since I was a child. I will not waste this opportunity. No matter what.

My fingers twitch as I type in the Skype code for the meeting and with three minutes left I rummage through the mini fridge for a bottle of water my throat desperately needs. Just breathe and relax, Crimson.

This is simple a review to go over things and make sure the plan is solid, make sure any last minute changes or adjustments are talked through. You've been on tv a hundred times at this point. You've wrestling in front of a million crowds.

But this time felt different. It was.

Suddenly Hunter pops up on screen, right on time, and my doubts and worries fade to the back of mind seeing the large grin on face.

"Hey! There's my favorite NXT wrestler!" He greets. "How are you?"

I roll my eyes. He always tells me that, and I hit with the same. "You say that to everyone!"

"I don't, I swear!" He chimes in defense.

"I'm doing really good, how about you?" I smile, shaking my head at the bald man.

"I'm doing great. Now... Saturday." He gets right to it.

"Saturday." I repeat with a nod. My chest bubbling up once again.

"We're just gonna run through the plan one last time, make sure everything's in place." He rubs his hands together, easing my anxiety.

"Got it." I breathe.

"So, you'll be at entrance J," He slips on his glasses, taking a look at the layout he emailed me earlier this week.

"Yes." I nod along, having this memorized in my sleep at this point.
