It has been a little while since My Darling and I was splayed out on our bed together, oh how I so wished that moment could have lasted forever but the girls came to get Y/n after a few minutes, Sally promised me that my darling would be ready for this evening soon and that it’s bad luck to see her before sunset. In other words I wasn’t allowed to be with my Darling till sunset and I shouldn’t go looking for her otherwise I won’t hear the end of it from Poppy. Barnaby had come to pick me up soon after that as he all but dragged me out of the house and over to Homes house. The boys were obsessing over me, Howdy was going off a Barnaby for all his jokes and that he’s getting hotdog juice all over his cleanly pressed suit. Eddie was fitting my new suit to me making sure all the white folds were perfectly placed, Frank was telling me what to say up there while Home was fussing over my hair. Though my hair was away perfectly done and almost never out of place, Home still wanted to make sure it was well done.

Heavens above and hell’s below I hated this, having people fuss over me. I know that during the show’s run people would be fussing over me all the time, even the children did but now it was different. It’s been so long since the cameras have worked, the only thing that reminds me of the world outside our own is that TV in my living room. However I unplugged that years ago… after I had pulled my Darling though. I know she knows what I did to get her here and that no one from where she used to rome would recognise her nor would they even really care about her. Though it never seemed to bother her. Something hit me on the back of my head.
“Wally! Are you even listening to me?”
Frank all but yelled at me, as he once again hit me up the back of the head with the book he was reading from. Eddie chucked a bit at his grumpy husband, the newlyweds had only recently gotten married and they had their wedding at dawn. They had a simple yet beautiful wedding on the outskirts of the forest.

“My apologies Frank please repeat what you were saying my dear friend”
He grumbled a bit before continuing his passing and starting from wherever he was up to in his book. Though the neighbourhood has seen weddings before. Poppy and her late husband were the first to tie the knot here and they did it up on the hill where the sun shone down at them while they said their vows and kissed happily. Poppy decide to bury her husband  uup a top that hill, there's a small headstone of Topaz, marking where he lay though it was not marked and only Poppy could go up there, anyone who tired magically loses there train of thought and turns after unless their invited up there and even then it’s a one time thing.

“Heya buddy I think ya might want ta listen to Franky boy over there, uh between you and me little buddy I think he’s wanting to take Eddie there ta the bedroom… sooner rather than later”
I chuckled with him, Frank's head snapped to us, his back still facing him before turning to face us fully. Then the yelling started and didn’t stop for a good long while, Barnaby and I were pissing ourselves laughing the whole time the was until poppy stuck her head in saying that she and the other girls were finished getting my darling ready and that they were waiting on us to hurry up so they could get this show on a road, as Poppy put it. She was excited.

Everyone was sitting in the few rows of white chairs that had been set up in the small clearing that I had chosen for the wedding, there were flowers everywhere and this clearing was kinda like a halfway point between this neighbourhood and her neighbourhood. The chairs were close to the front area where everything was going to happen. I had proposed to My sweet Darling a few weeks earlier though I didn’t have a ring. I wanted it to be a surprise and I didn't have one at that point but that's not what I told her… shh.

I was standing under the white floral arch that was set up and then using a bit of ‘magic’ Home managed to rot the arch to the ground and make it look like it's been standing for ever, which it will after this. Frank was standing in the centre of the arch just behind it. He had white robes on and a ‘holy’ book in his hands. He was quietly telling me all the lines I had to say and that I can’t mess this up like he did because he’ll never forgive himself if I do. Eddie for now was standing behind Frank, a calming hand rubbing circles on his back as he tried, he really tried to calm down his husband, Barnaby was making jokes with Howdy as they sat in there seats waiting for it to start, Home was standing next to me a small red pillow in his hands that had the rings resting on it. The rings were in my mind simple but Howdy apparently had to get help with the making of the rings. Mine was a simple gold band with an inner band of silver on either side and another ring in the middle of the ring that had a beautiful gem of some sort. My darling's ring on the other hand is a band of gold with a hexagon in the middle of the same gem that's in mine. They were perfect, as perfect as my darling and me.

The music started soon after that, all of the girls except Poppy were seated and looking in the secretion of the neighbourhood where a beautiful young puppet dressed in a flowing white dress with multiple layers of fabric and lace that hung off her shoulders, and was tied with a brown leather bow. Her wings were decorated with the chan I bought her, the silver stars looking lovely against the navy blue of her wings. Her hair was done up in a simple bun and decorated with flowers. She didn’t have a vale there was no reason to have one even if Poppy had made her wear it, she would have thrown it off at some point during the evening.

As day changed to night we said our vows and Home passed me the rings, getting down on one knee I heard my darling gasp as the cool metal of the ring slid onto her delicate fingers. Handing her my ring I stood up and My darling took my hand in hers and slid the ring onto my finger, her eyes lighting up at the gesture. Frank announced that I could now kiss my beautiful wife and so I did. Taking a step forward, wrapping my arms loose around her waist pulling her in and kissing her long and slow, only after she pulled back for air did we part, earning us lots of gasps from the small crowd that had gathered around. And then clasps and cheers coming from the crowd of neighbours. Breaking the hug with My Darling, Poppy was the first to take my place after I had stepped back, she was crying tears of pure joy as were Julie and Sally, however Branaby and Howdy were back to business and started the after party right then and there breaking out the soft drinks and whipped cream hot dogs, Eddie and Frank had disappeared… off to their bedroom most likely and Eddie told me they’d be joining us again later.

Eddie held true to his word though their suit looked a lot more wrinkled than they did before. The night was filled with laughter, food, friends, and though I don’t like to admit… just a slight bit of lust.

“Wally~, are you coming back to bed or not?”
“Ha Ha Ha I’m coming, my Darling~”
