Chapter Four: Surprise

Naruto heart thumped against his chest roughly as he peered at his lower self. His mind was racing. He couldn't take the shame eating at him. He felt so conflicted with himself Sasuke reached down about to grasp the blond.

"When is the meeting?" Naruto asked.

Sasuke knitted his brows as he retracted his hand back.

"At eight."

Naruto nodded he peered back up at Sasuke he reached to grasp the ravens thigh.

"You help me up?" Naruto asked in a gentle voice.

Sasuke felt his stomach turn slightly he reached down offering the blond a hand who struggled to his feet. Naruto placed his hands over the others chest as he eyed the buff chest in front of him. Naruto gazed up at those ebony eyes. Sasuke could see a slight change in the way Naruto looked at him.

"Can I have a kiss?"

Some how the water trickling down got louder as the blonds question rung in the ravens ear. Sasuke lips curled into a smirk as he found his pride glowing seeing the blond appealing to him.

"Maybe. Do you think you deserve it?" Sasuke asked.

Naruto lowered his head as he gazed down.

"No."

Naruto felt a touch to his chin causing his head to tilt back. The blonds eyes softened as Sasuke got closer Naruto waited till he saw those lashes shut before he bolted he slipped from Sasuke's hold pushing out the shower door. He stumbled against the rug falling to his knees but he got right back up.

"Naruto!"

Naruto shivered as he scurried to his feet the blonds tried his best not to slip as he grasped his clothes trying to run as he slipped on his boxers and Sasuke's shirt he grasped some shorts he found on the floor slipping them on then hurried to grab his bag. He raced towards the front door.

Sasuke heard the front door shut as he stepped out into his room he let out a deep sigh before heading back into the shower to finish showering . Naruto stumbled out of the building he panted softly as he gazed up at the building for a moment. He clenched his hands as he took a few more steps back and made his way to the subway station.

Naruto took the silent ride home his mind racing as everything around him he couldn't hear. He heard ringing or the sounds were muffled. Once he stood at his street he felt himself sway lightly the smell was thicker and heavier each step to his home made his body ache.

Naruto made it to his door he eyed the stack of mail upon his mat he lowered down picking up the pile as he then reached into his bag to find his keys. He unlocked his door and pushed it open he stepped in shutting then locking the door. Instantly being in his room reminded him how small his apartment was and how massive Sasuke's place was.

'Sasuke.'

Naruto touched his forehead massively worried.

'He's going to be so mad.'

'I just needed a break.'

'A break from him to process what going on with me.'

'God he's really going to take it out on me....

Naruto raked his fingers through his hair trying not to think about anything. Naruto sat upon his futon letting out another sigh.
