"I still think we should go back to Savannah." Tyler admitted.

"Oh my God." My hands held my face as my body slouched over the cafeteria table.

Ashlyn rubbed her head in exhaustion, "...Alright, lets take some time to think on it again and have group vote later tonight."

The tone in Ashlyn's voice had seemed tired with "these group votings" that had gotten now where, and I mean who could blame her? This was the fourth we had to go over this again.

"Why not after school?" Tyler asked.

"Because I have ballet closed." Ashlyn explained.

"So what? Skip it." Tyler suggested.

My head lifted from my hands to glare at Tyler.

This asshole! He doesn't give a shit about anyone else and their lives!

"Uh Ty,... we have stuff to do after school too. You have baseball practice and I have a mechanic meeting." Taylor informed Tyler who had seemed oblivious to this.

"...I um, I have to help with the flower shop today..." Logan admitted.

"And I have a life... For now." I added.

Even with what's happening, we can't just neglect school and our future. You need baseball. Let's just wait till tonight." Tylers teeth gritted as that sentence left Taylors mouth.

"We aren't going to have a' future' if we're dead!" Tyler yelled, his expression was dark, but the dark that was just tired of it all.

"It's not just our future. If we drop everything to focus on fantasy-like events we can't prove, we're going to end up in a psyche ward." Ashlyn stared dead into Tyler's soul. "Do you think that's going to be any easier or harder for all of us to have meetings during the day?"

"She's got a point, y'know. Generally we're what people would call 'crazy'." Aiden pinned his finger around his head.

"Yeah, that's what you already are." I said as I slipped a French fry into my mouth.

"Whatever." Tyler said and then stomped off away from the table with his tray of food before spinning around and heading back. He then grabbed Taylor's arm while glaring at us and dragging her off too.

"Well that was interesting." I leaned back crossing my arms.

Walking home felt more confusing then sitting down and taking a test you didn't study for, both Tyler and Ashlyn were right but both arguments had our flaws. If we continued our life ignoring the fact that we were nearly dying every night our health and school would continue to deplete, but if we do say something we'd most likely end up in an asylum. So who would I side with in this enticing argument?

I reached the door of my house as a question flowed through my mind and I thought of only one person who could answer it.

I flung the door open and I saw my brother, Blake, tired as ever from his shift that had ended early today.
