Sweets: I'm sorry about what happened, but I want to know about how Ricardo and Maxwell became part of the family.

Maxwell: *Sigh* Mei and Travis adopted my brother an I nearly a year ago. It was a great change for us because we could finally be free from the center.

Travis: It was a great start. Mei and I are food bloggers and we wanted to share our love with children. We were even planning on sharing the blog with our stepsons but... *Wincing*

Maxwell: Dad... *Hugs him*

Sweets: Do you know a hellhound by the name of Adrianne?

Maxwell: No, why?

Sweets: She was murdered earlier today as well.

Maxwell: The name doesn't fully ring a bell. I wish I had a photo of her, but I doubt it would help.

Sweets: Okay. *Shows a photo of Adrianne* Recognize her?

Maxwell: Kinda... I remember seeing someone like her in the orphanage, but I don't remember much other than that. I moved on from that time so I'm sorry if I don't know, detective.

Sweets: It's okay Maxwell, I understand your situation.

Mei: I just hope you can find this killer. No child deserves this.

Sweets: We will, don't worry.

Sweets returned to the group to let the family have some peace.

Castle: I can tell they're not taking it well.

Sweets: This killer is getting very crafty, we gotta be careful.

Zack: I guess we should go back to reevaluate.

Morgan: Good idea. I'll still have canvas sweep some more before heading back.

Zack, Sweets, Loona, Morgan, and Castle head back to headquarters and sit around in the briefing room.

Zack: Not gonna lie, this case is getting really freaky and confusing at the same time.

Sweets: Two murders, hours apart, similar location, we need to make sure no one else nearby gets killed.

Castle: I doubt that would be the case.

Zack: Yeah, our killer might try to strike again but at a different location.

Loona: I'm willing to bet they'll strike at night.

Sweets: Yeah, but what's the connection with Adrianne and Ricardo? Those two have never met each other and Maxwell clearly doesn't know her much. Even though he claims he's seen someone similar to Adrianne in the orphanage, he doesn't remember much.

Zack: Maybe we'll get more clues tomorrow or so when Jacey gets more lab results.

Morgan: True. Jacey is staying up late a bit, but we might have to call it a night.

Zack: See you tomorrow.

Zack and Loona exit the police station and Blitzo was in the parking lot in the I.M.P. van, waiting to pick them up.

Zack: Oh hey Blitz.

Blitzo: Thought I could lend a ride home.

Loona: Thanks Blitz.

Zack and Loona get in the van and Blitzo speeds them home. As they arrive, Blitzo had prepped some dinner for Zack and Loona, which was some steak and potatoes.
