As always, me and the Bakusquad are eating lunch in the cafeteria, talking about pretty much anything they can think of. While I struggle to keep track and force myself to express my emotions.
People know me as the dumb, always happy pikachu, the truth is I lost the ability to express my emotions naturally, so I have to act how I feel. I fake all my emotions but I always show how I'm feeling, even if I'm happy I'm faking my smile, I'm hiding my scars, I'm trying, like really trying to make people comfortable around me. I'm not going to let someone be scared of my natural face, never again.
No one needs to know the truth. About anything.
"-inari? Kaminari?! KAMINARI!" I look towards the voice, it was Mina Ashido, "Are you even listening?"
"I was, but I kinda zoned out," I say rubbing the back of my neck, trying to seem embarrassed, "What were you guys talking about?"
We continued our conversation, as I recall all the times people almost found out.
