This, is Uno & Friends. It's an online-only Gameloft UNO game from 2012 for Java phones and iOS/Android in 2013. It's similar to the modern mobile Uno available now. You use currency (which you could buy with real money) to enter games and tournaments/championships. It got updated in 2015/2016 for the new logo and card designs that came in those years. This game lasted from 2013-2017/2018.
