Swara is a very bright and daring woman. She had explored more than 20 places in these 15 years. Today, she was enjoying her birthday party with her other friends group. Swara was receiving gifts and chatting with them. Suddenly, a hand came before her with a bouquet of her favorite flower, night-blooming Jasmines. Arnav greeted her, grinning widely. "For the bravest explorer I know," he said, his eyes twinkling with mischief. Swara laughed, accepting the flowers. "Thank you, Arnav. They're beautiful." Just then, Aman appeared, holding out a small, intricately carved wooden box. "I thought you might like this," he said, his tone sincere. Swara opened the box to find a delicate charm bracelet inside. "It's lovely, Aman. Thank you." As Swara was busy admiring their gifts. Meanwhile, they, both were arguing with themselves. Arnav said hushedly, "She's smiling at my gift. Take that, Aman!" Aman said, "Not so fast, Son. She hasn't even seen the sketches I made for her yet." Arnav asked, "Son? don't call me that. But, Sketches? Big deal. Anyone can draw. But a necklace like this takes real taste and thoughtfulness. Aman said with sarcasm, "Taste and thoughtfulness, huh? Let's see if she agrees when she sees the breathtaking landscapes I captured just for her." Arnav confused asked, "Landscapes? Who cares about landscapes when she can wear this stunning pendant around her neck? Aman being proud of his selection, "Oh, please. A necklace is nice, but it's the sentiment behind the sketches that counts. Arnav savagely said, "Sentiment? More like trying too hard to impress." As Swara was busy admiring gifts and attending to other guests, her brother, and other friends were disappointed. Anita being a little jealous, "Here we go, their bickering started again." Aman taunted him, "Trying too hard? At least I'm putting in the effort to make her happy." Arnav said, "Effort? Ha! I'll show you effort." Their internal bickering continued, each trying to outdo the other in a hilarious battle of wits. Anita was getting jealous, "Why is Swara the one who always gets picked or gets the first preference?" Ankita saw her expression, and she came near her, "Don't touch that topic again, Anni." Anita was shocked, "What? I.. don't understand what you are saying, Anki?" Ankita said, "Fine, you didn't get right? Then enjoy the rest of the party." Anita was angry, "Why is she like this, God." Here, Arnav was thinking internally, " Maybe I should have brought her flowers instead. No, wait, that's too cliche. But would she have liked flowers? Ugh, why did I even bother with this stupid pendant?" Aman thinks internally, " If only I had thought to bring her flowers. No, that's too ordinary. But then again, she might have appreciated the gesture. Oh, why didn't I think of that?" Their thoughts raced as they struggled to outshine each other in Swara's eyes, oblivious to the amused glances of onlookers nearby. Little did they know, Swara was enjoying their gifts equally, appreciating the thought and effort behind each one. Swara said, "Hey, where are you both blinking, let's enjoy the party and dance." Aman and Arnav both said, "Okay," They all were enjoying the party. Swara was dancing like there was no one in the room. She suddenly, bumped into Arnav while dancing, 'Oh, I'm so sorry. Oh, it's you, then there should be no problem." Arnav just froze there, because Swara doesn't like touching anyone and she would take care when she would visit any clubs. She had touched someone for the first time. Aman sees everything and gets a little jealous but in a healthy way. Aman came and whispered, "No need to fly high, it happens." Arnav said, "Ya.. yaa. Mr. Green-Eyed." Aman said, "You?" Arnav went away from there. Aman was like, "What the hell, green-eyed? What is that?" Anita heard him, "Haha... Mr. Jealous man." Aman realized and said, "What, I'm not.. no." He also went from there. Everybody gets tired, Swara said, "Guys, please give attention over here. Thank you all so much for being here tonight. It means the world to me to celebrate my birthday surrounded by such amazing friends. Each one of you brings so much joy and laughter into my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for each moment we share. Here's to another year of adventures, laughter, and unforgettable memories with all of you. Cheers!" Everybody cheers for her speech." Suddenly, Swara said, "Hey guys, I wanted to ask all of you if everybody is free then let's go for a vacation?" Everybody asked, "Vacation?" Swara said, "Yes, Vacation. I have heard about a hill station which has just been discovered by some archaeologist department." Aman asked, "Which one?" Swara said, "It's called "Whispering Woods." Everyone in unison, "Whispering Woods?" Swara said in brief about the place. Swara said, "It's nestled on the outskirts of the bustling town, Whispering Woods is a serene and picturesque location, often touted as a perfect picnic spot by the locals. Its dense foliage, tranquil streams, and chirping birds create an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Amidst this natural beauty lies an old temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, standing as a testament to the area's rich cultural heritage." Aman asked, "So, Swara, what's the plan this time? Are we just going to have a nice, peaceful picnic, or are we going to find ourselves running from ghosts and uncovering ancient curses?" Swara rolled her eyes but couldn't help but laugh at his sarcasm. Swara: "Oh, come on, Aman. It's just an old temple and a beautiful picnic spot. What could go wrong?" Aman raised an eyebrow, his tone dripping with playful skepticism. Aman said, "Right, because every time you say 'what could possibly go wrong,' we end up knee-deep in some ancient mystery with a side of impending doom. Should I start making a list of all the times you've led us into 'just an innocent adventure'?" Swara: "Oh, please. You're exaggerating." Aman said, "Really? Let's recap. There was the abandoned castle with the secret tunnels, the haunted lighthouse with the creepy caretaker, and who could forget the forest of the 'unseen whispers'? Face it, Swara, you're a magnet for trouble." Swara: *smirking* "And yet, you always tag along. Maybe you're just as addicted to the thrill as I am." Aman: "Or maybe I'm just here to make sure you don't get yourself into too much trouble. Someone's got to keep an eye on you." Swara: "Well, Mr. Sceptic, why don't you sit back and enjoy the picnic? I promise, no ghosts or curses this time. Probably." Aman *laughing* "I'll believe it when I see it. But just in case, I've got my running shoes on and a first aid kit ready." Their friends chuckled at the playful banter, enjoying the familiar dynamic between the two as they ventured deeper into Whispering Woods, ready for whatever mysteries awaited them. Arnav, noticing Aman's sarcastic jabs at Swara and feeling a bit protective, decided to join in the fun but also defend her in his own witty way. Arnav grinning, "Aman, you really need to stop scaring Swara with your 'doom and gloom' predictions. Not everyone is as paranoid as you." Aman: *smirking* "I'm not paranoid, Arnav. I'm just realistic. Swara here has a talent for finding trouble in the most unexpected places." Arnav laughing* "Or maybe she just has a knack for making life interesting. Unlike you, who'd probably turn an adventure into a documentary." Swara chuckling, "Oh, come on, guys. Let's just enjoy the day. No need to argue about who's more fun." Aman: "Hey, I'm plenty of fun! Just in a safe, responsible way." Arnav: "Yeah, sure. Safe and responsible—two words that scream 'adventure'." Aman mockingly, "And what about you, Arnav? Your idea of an adventure is probably making sure Swara doesn't trip over a rock." Arnav playfully, "Someone's got to make sure she doesn't get hurt while you're busy looking for ghosts." Swara laughing, "You two are ridiculous. How about this, let's just enjoy the picnic and see what happens? No planning, no predictions. Just fun." Aman: "Fine, fine. But if we end up in some ancient curse, don't say I didn't warn you." Arnav: "And if we end up having a great time, you owe us an apology for being such a killjoy." Aman: *grinning* "Deal. But don't get too comfortable, Arnav. If things go south, I'll be the one leading us out of trouble." Arnav: *with a wink* "And I'll be the one making sure Swara has the time of her life, without your constant worrying." Swara: "Alright, boys. Truce for now. Let's get this picnic started and see where the day takes us." The group laughed and continued deeper into Whispering Woods, the playful banter adding to the excitement and anticipation of their adventure.
