"Victor I hear you are having troubles whitin Inferno. Not to mention some struggles from the lesser gangs. Under your control" Cyrus's gravelly voice spoke displeased.

"It's true that we have had som disagreements within the gangs. A portion of the members don't agree with the merging of the gangs. And many of the Inferno are unhappy about that our few dragons are coming under your command" Victor answered defensively.

"So what? The Pheonix members are rivals with your gang and harbour just as much hate as yours do. You haven't seen any phoenix members retaliate or heard as much as an utter of complaint from them. Meanwhile it is your gang members making a fuss and starting fights. We agreed on an alliance. Together along with the government. We agreed that my daughter is in command of the dragons. They may be under a pheonix members command, but we are allies now. The dragon force is ours. And whoever the dragons deem worthy will become a rider. That includes both Infernos and your lesser gangs. Even the normal boring humans have a chance"

Cyrus continued accusingly. It was true that there hadn't been any complaints or troubles from the gang-members from or with ties to Pheonix. Clint admitted that the control Pheonix had over its members was impressive. But Phoenix members were known for their obedience to Cyrus and the upper echelon within the gang. Their members undoubtable loyalty and admirable obedience was a result of fear. The top had every member in their iron grip, firmly under their control. Cyrus himself was known for punishing with fire. Often leaving scarring painful burn marks on his victims.

"I knew we would meet resistance from the other gangs that aren't already under our influence. However if you can't even get your own supporters under wraps how the hell could we hope to get the rest of them?!" Cyrus groaned in frustration.

"It's only The Nightstalkers, The ghouls , and Lunas followers that are causing the uproar. We know that they are being led by a small group of members from Inferno. We have dealt with the majority of the trouble makers. Currently we are weeding out the root of the problem." Victor explained

"We caught three of the main propaganda spreaders yesterday. I sent all three of them to the hospital with one of their horns sliced off. And a lot of broken bones." Azriel followed up.

That was the way of Inferno. It didn't matter who you were or what reputation you used to have. Inferno solved their conflicts through violence and challenges. The ones at the top were the ones who had earned their titles in some way. Any member of Inferno was free to challenge any member no matter their rank in the hierarchy. Even Azriel or his dad Victor could be challenged. But that never happened.  However when Azriel was younger he would constantly get challenged on his authority. He often ended up bloody and beaten, but always came out on top. He hadn't faced a challenger in three soon to be four years.

"It's good that you are getting to the root of the conflicts. The government has decided it best that we leave the mafia conflicts to you. The mafia only follow the mafia. If the agents were to step in it would only make matters worse." Clint reasoned.

"What is the update on the quarantined zones and the spreading of the sickness? How many humans have fallen to the illness and what is the most dangerous species yet affected?" E calmly asked the government representative.

"Updated reports show that we have managed to keep the number of humans affected stable. Successfully preventing more humans falling to the sickness. The numbers are currently at around a hundred humans. The concerning thing is that the sickness have spread to birds like the falcons and the seagulls which will make it spread to larger areas. Along with the increasing sightings of infected direwolves, many of the large felines have also started showing among the hoard of the zombies. We spotted two lynxes and a lion earlier today." Clint briefed.
