MEDIX: (curious) I found this in the archives. It's called a horror movie.
HOTSHOT: (enthusiastic) A horror movie? Let's watch it!
WHIRL: (excited) I love a good scare!
WEDGE: (confident) Nothing scares me.
HOIST: (nervous) Uh, are you sure this is a good idea?
MEDIX: (analyzing) It's a cultural study. We should expand our understanding of human entertainment.
Medix inserts the holo-disc into the player. The lights dim, and the movie starts. As the movie progresses, Medix becomes increasingly uneasy.
INT. RESCUE BOTS ACADEMY - COMMON ROOM - LATER
The movie reaches a terrifying climax. Medix is visibly shaken, while the others are on the edge of their seats.
MOVIE CHARACTER: (screaming) It's right behind you!
The screen goes black. The recruits sit in silence for a moment, processing the fright.
MEDIX: (shaking) That was... quite intense.
HOTSHOT: (grinning) Told you it was going to be awesome!
Suddenly, the DOORBELL rings. Medix jumps, clearly scared.
MEDIX: (panicking) What was that?!
WHIRL: (laughing) Just the doorbell, Medix.
HOTSHOT: (smirking) Probably the wind blew it.
HOIST: (concerned) Should we check it out?
WEDGE: (standing up) I'll go. Nothing scares me, remember?
INT. RESCUE BOTS ACADEMY - HALLWAY - NIGHT
Wedge heads to the door, followed by the other recruits. Medix stays close to Hoist, still trembling. Wedge opens the door cautiously.
WEDGE: (relieved) See? Just the wind.
The door is empty, only the night breeze flowing in. The recruits breathe a sigh of relief.
INT. RESCUE BOTS ACADEMY - COMMON ROOM - NIGHT
The recruits return to the common room. Medix is still visibly shaken, but trying to regain composure.
MEDIX: (sighing) Perhaps I need more practice with human entertainment.
HOTSHOT: (reassuring) Don't worry, Medix. We'll watch something fun next time. No more horror movies for a while.
WHIRL: (excited) How about a comedy?
HOIST: (smiling) Sounds good to me.
WEDGE: (smirking) As long as it doesn't involve clowns. Those things are creepy.
The recruits laugh, easing the tension from the scare. They settle back in, ready to choose a new movie, one that won't leave Medix trembling.
