Beep.. Beep.. As the rooster crows, signaling the break of dawn, the world stirs from its slumber. The night fades into morning, bidding farewell to the moon as the sun prepares to shine.

Without wasting any time─Yang Jungwon─got up from his bed to turn off the still buzzing alarm. Using his right hand, he rubbed one eye, still needing a moment to fully wake up.

He walked over to the bedroom window, cracking it open just enough to let the sunshine pour in, filling his room with the golden rays of the morning sun.

With his mind is fully awake, he turned his attention to the picture frame on the study desk. A peaceful smile spread across his lips as he whispered softly to himself, "Morn love, hope you'll be happy there ya." He softly ran his fingers over the frame.

After about five minutes of downtime, Jungwon moved to the edge of his bed, grabbing his phone from nearby. Unlocking the screen and casually checked a few incoming messages, whether they mattered or not.

Jungwon rolled his eyes at the flood of messages from his friends but chuckled before responding.

Jungwon powered off his phone screen before heading to the bathroom, gearing up for a visit to his bud Sunoo's crib, Kim Sunoo.

Sunoo, his friends, was about to take the plunge. Definitely got him in the feels, this got Sunoo hyped to plan today's agenda, eagerly for a shopping spree. And poor Jungwon got roped into playing shopping buddy for Sunoo.

He said that he wants to find the perfect outfit for Jungwon to wear on his special day later, given Jungwon's special place in his life.

Jungwon stepped out of the bathroom after he'd had his fill of soap and water. Then he got into his casual threads─rocked a pair of fabric shorts with a short-sleeved shirt, topped with a cream vest for that extra cool factor─for him to wear. He spritzed a bit of cologne on his neck and his hand, then threw on sneakers in a matching shade to his vest.

He grabbed a small bag to carry his essentials like his phone, credit cards, cash, and apartment keys. With that, Jungwon was good to go to Sunoo's place.
