read me! [author's note]

hi. choco here. i'm trying to write through the tears. lol.

uhh, normally i decorate the text but i feel like this time wasn't the case.

i never once in my life thought that my own imagination could make me cry, but as i was reading through the lines and words i had written, checking for spelling and grammatical errors, i found my vision blurred by tears. so if, somehow, you got pulled into the world of this one-shot, invested emotionally and found yourself in the same situation, then know you're not alone, haha. i also pondered about whether or not i should post this in the collections of one-shots but i loved this one so much, it had to be a work of its own.

first of all, i want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this. sharing with the world part of the scenarios you make in your head before you go to sleep isn't easy, but i hope that this little piece of fiction helped you disconnect from the reality you wanted to escape or, the reality you wanted to ignore for a while. [or whatever reason intrigued you enough to keep on reading until the end]

secondly, i wondered if the way i'd written this would be confusing for the readers. i made this author's note mostly because of this reason:

- everything written in italics is a flashback in the reader's mind

- every time you finish reading a flashback, know that a time-skip took place

- i want to leave things to your own interpretation but be aware that things are written in a certain order for a specific reason and there's a lot of foreshadowing going on.

this was pretty much everything i had to say. if you need any more clarifications, comments and dm's are open! if you want me to reveal some of the secrets of this story ...
