"What the hell are you doing?"

The sentence was said at the same moment, in different places.

3rd Person's POV

[At Junhan's home ...]

"What the hell are you doing, Junhan?" Sunwoo and Wooyoung peeked from the outside of Junhan's room. "Are you planning on getting out?"

"I don't want to go to school!" Junhan huffed.

"Oh, come on, it's not like Jooyeon would look for who chatted him."

[Meanwhile..]

"Jooyeon, what the hell are you doing?"

"I'm trying to see if I can spot the person who chatted with me."

"How are you sure that this person goes to this school?"

"Oh, I know he goes here," Jooyeon exclaimed confidently, crouching on the floor with his 'binoculars'. "Like the internet said, always trust your gut feeling." he smiled very proudly,

His friend and bandmate, Jungsu, scoffed with his arms crossed. "Oh, please, Jooyeon, you look stupid! Get up!" He gripped Jooyeon's hood and pulled him to his feet. "Come on, Jooyeon, let's be serious. We need to focus on our band promotions to debut, plus I thought you were supposed to be mysterious as you said; don't you realize how you look with... what even are those?" Jungsu asked with concern.

"These are binoculars," Jooyeon insisted, holding a Barbie-themed toy binocular.

"Jooyeon, this is ridiculous. Instead of looking for some idiot who texted you on accident, how about you spread these papers? One of our band members just left, and we need a replacement ASAP! So why don't you find someone willing to join our band instead of looking for some guy that you barely know?" Jungsu threw the papers into Jooyeon's hands. Jooyeon looked down at his hands and examined the papers.

Headline: "Application Paper: in search of a lead guitarist who plays electric guitar, please apply; we are getting desperate."

Jooyeon grinned when he read the last phrase before he turned to face Jungsu, who had just finished pinning the application form on the notice board. He tilted his head, frowning. "I don't get it. Why do we need to have another member?"

Jungsu shrugged in reply. "I don't know, but Gunil wanted us to spread these around; now can we do that?" A pout formed on Jooyeon's face. "Even so, what's wrong with the current band? As a band of five, we can get off just fine. Jiseok can play the electric guitar, so we don't need anyone else. So why-"

Jooyeon gasped and only managed to get the sentence through when Jungsu abruptly grabbed his collar and pulled him until their faces were inches away from each other. "I don't understand why we need another member, but I've poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this for five years. If I don't make this work, I'm not just risking my dream—I'm setting myself up for humiliation in front of my parents. So don't you dare screw this up for me." Jooyeon's eyes widened, notably at Jungsu's solemn demeanor.

Yes, Jungsu is alarming when angry, as he received feedback from the other members, but this is his first encounter with Jungsu being upset at him.

As Jungsu lifted Jooyeon, he began to wobble. Jungsu eventually relaxed his hold and released Jooyeon's collar, stepping back with a sigh. He looked at Jooyeon with a frown and said, "Can we please take this seriously?"
