"𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐇 𝐃𝐎 𝐈 have to add him", I blurted out loud, hoping to get the response i wanted.
"Yes Kaitlyn you do," I groaned, "Pleasee". Well that was not the response I wanted but she was my bestfriend, how could I say no?
Fighting every urge of hesitation, I did it. I pressed the button, wishing that he had a chance of liking me, though, thats probably a stupid thought. Its my bestfriends crush, get over yourself Kaitlyn.
"Has he added you back yet," A voice i recognized echoed out the speaker, Arabella. I sighed, how could she be so desperate, its just a boy.
"No, he hasnt. Shocker right?", I mocked in the most sarcastic tone i could get out.
*7 HOURS BEFORE*
"𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐈 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 something to tell you," I shouted, panting from running around the school to find her.
"Stop so do I," She shouted back, looking like she was gonna burst if she didnt tell me straight away.
"Okayokay, you say yours first,"
"I kinda like someonee!" My expression turned from interested into shocked. NO WAY.
"OH. MY. GOSH. WHO WHO WHO," I yelled towards her.
"Okay dont tell anyone, i kinda like Mattheo." Her respone echoed in my mind. Mattheo. " NOW, what were you gonna tell me?"
"I like mattheo aswell," I saw her eyes look straight into mine, she almost looked... annoyed.
"Well you cant like him I already said I do, gosh, cant you just be a good bestfriend!"
My mind quickly snapped back into the present moment, I didnt know what to say, what was i supposed to say; oh yeah i like mattheo aswell.
"Oh it doesnt matter anymore, I CANT BELIEVE YOU LIKE MATTHEO!" "SHH, NO ONE CAN KNOW," I whispered in an almost funny tone, "Oh my gosh, I cant believe you like mattheo"
A chuckle escaped from her before we both started laughing, for a moment, i forgot that I liked mattheo.
* 7 HOURS LATER *
Seconds passed before the a notification lit up my phone, mattheo🥊 added you back. I know I should tell her but do I want to, do i need to? Then, before I could decide on an answer, I heard a knock at my door.
"KAITLYN GRAY. OPEN.YOUR.DOOR!" Arabella, of course. I scream,,'im coming' and run down the stairs like my life depended on it.
"Whats u.," Before I could finish my sentence, she pushed past me, waltzing into my not at all tidy house. "Up? " I finished hesitantly, but fast enough so she couldnt butt into my sentence again. " Thats a crime you know: breaking and entering! " Obviously she pretended she was deaf, I began to make my way back into my home to find her lying on my bed, fortunately, she was happy this time.
"HE ADDED ME BACK!" She grinned. "WAIT OKAY LET ME SEE IF HE ADDED ME BACK!" Though, I already knew the answer to that. "RIGHT HE DID WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY?" I asked, her smiley face still holding the same emotion.
