This theory is that more than 3 people were killed by Yandere-Chan. In episode 20 Season 1, When Gold and Funneh are at the campsite, they run into a couple of mean girls. The main girl basically like Regina George named Sam brags to Funneh that she doesn't actually like Valerie and is at the party so when Valerie leaves, she can get her hands all over Senpai. Idk if Yandere-Chan knew this or not but we don't see her anymore after that episode.
Although we never see an actual scene where she is killed, this could be true. Considering that she also had Senpai/Kai as her love interest that means she was most likely killed but this was never confirmed so yeah..
