"Hey, isn't that..." Emily says as max and will walk over.

"Detective LaMontagne and his brother Max just arrived from New Orleans to id the cop they found in the bay last night." Tine explains

"What's up, party people you miss us?" Maxs asks

"Detective, max, it's good to see you," jj says, slightly shocked

Will goes over and shakes her hand. Then I go over and shake her hand for a couple of seconds longer than I should have.

Max looks at jj and says, "How are you?"

While Emily gives Max a smirk one, he doesn't see.

Will speak up talking about how he know the cop as they had worked together for seven years.

"So you all know each other?" Tina asks

"Perfetionally" jj is quickly to say, giving max and will a quick look while Emily looks at her with a raised eye brow

"Ooo, yes, we do. These guys left me handcuffed to a table for 2 hours, " Max says while laughing

Will then steps in after giving max a smack to the head "Ye the bau helped me out on a case about a year ago, and if you don't shut up I'll get Morgan to lock you in the car" will says to Tina and max

"You wouldn't, dear brother. I reckon I could take you on Morgan." Max says, stepping slightly back from Morgan

"All talk pretty boi just cause you big buff fire fighter don't mean I won't wup your ass" Morgan warns with a laugh.

They reveal the body max and will positively identify they body.

Max wasn't as close to Charlie as Will was, so he stood behind him and put a hand on his shoulder for support.

The coriner goes on to explain about shipping the body back.

"If you need help making arrangements, laising with families is part of what I do." Jj says to will

Will excuses himself and heads outside max turns to jj.

"Is there a reason you haven't told your team about us?" Max asks with hurt behind his voice

"It's non of the business," jj replies

"Are you ashamed?" Max asks, feeling more hurt

"What no, why would you think that?" Jj asks, confused

Max shrugs and goes off to find will.

Jj watches with a sad face as he leaves.

"So, they've already dusted for prints." Jj said, putting on a pair of gloves

"I'd sure feel better if we found his gun and shield. I'm thinking if someone tried to grab him up here, he might have left the behind, you know?" Will said, taking a look around the hotel room.

Hotch picks up some papers and says, "Charlie left the hotel voluntarily."

Max turns to hotch and asks, "What makes you say that?"

"Because we'd know if the valet had his car downstairs," he replies

With that hotch goes outside and max walks up to jj to put a hand on her but she moves away from him. "Dont."

Max looks a bit hurt and looks over to will. " ima go blow of steam. Find someone who wants me around. You don't need me here. I ain't no cop," Max says and angrily walks away.
