"Hold on- I think I can-" He says struggling. He feels weak, not getting an ounce of rest for the past hours.
"It's not worth it." The woman in the red dress says sadly, dangling off the side of the crumbled bridge. Leon still strives to pull the lady up with him, to save her from falling to her death.
He looks at the dark-haired woman with sadness in his eyes,
"Don't do this." he struggles to keep her up

"Take care of yourself, Leon.."

Leon suddenly shoots up in bed, sweat and tears dripping down his face. Heavy breaths follow. He grasps his chest in his hand hoping to calm his heart rate. That night. Playing over and over again, after six years you'd think he would forget about it all, Racoon City, the outbreak, the explosion, Ada. But it all keeps coming back.

Luis slowly wakes up, startled by the sudden movement of the blonde-haired boy next to him. He sits up with a tired look in his eyes, he gently puts a few fingertips on Leon's back, not wanting to startle him. A slight flinch occurs from Leon but after the touch and affection from his partner, his breathing slows down as he leans into his touch. Luis slowly wraps his arms around Leon giving him a light hug. Leon just leans back embracing the hug.

"Didn't mean to wake you hon," Leon says with his eyes closed, wanting to be held by Luis forever.
"You're perfectly fine, querido. Are you alright?" Luis hates it when Leon has this nightmare. He knows how Leon thinks that night was his fault. He's talked about it but not much.
"I think I'm alright, it felt worse this time.."
"You need anything?" Leon looks at Luis with a slight grin, "Coffee." All Luis could do was let out a slight chuckle.

While Luis goes downstairs to make a pot of coffee, Leon trudged to the bathroom to get ready for the day they were about to face.
Leon flicks the bathroom light on, the shine blinding him from previously being asleep. As he approaches the mirror he just stares at all the deep scares on his shaped body, thinking of all the previous things that has happened to him. He washes his face and heads downstairs.

As Leon reaches the bottom of the staircase, he sees Luis stirring the coffee. Leon holds a sympathetic smile on his face, he quietly walks over and gives the smaller individual a warm hug from behind, laying his head on his lover's shoulder. Luis rests his head on his, he holds a coffee cup up to the lofty man, "Coffee, mi amor?" Leon raises his head accepting the mug into his hand, intertwining his fingers through the loop of the mug. "Thank you, love." Leon says with a warm smile spread across his face. "I think it's time to get ready, mi amor," Luis states. Leon lets out a heavy sigh. He wants their mornings to last forever, their mornings where they're enjoying some coffee and cuddled up next to each other on the couch or in bed, but those don't last. They never get to last. Leon takes a look at his boyfriend, "I guess."
