"I thought, we were going to depart for the American tournament after this," Kai's voice cut through the tension in the air, as Ahana sighed, her hand resting on the knob of her room.

"Why are you saying this to me, Mr. Dickenson proposed it," she said, her eyes briefly glancing at him.

"And you agreed," he said, making her turn around, her eyebrows twitching.

"I didn't know, I have to ask, Your Highness, to answer someone's invitation," she quipped, her voice mockingly calm.

"So, I would like to ask you all to come to our village," he gestured toward the white tigers, "for our village's yearly festival."

A festival, what, why?

"Will there be food? If yes, then I am in," Tyson said pumping his fists in the air.

"It will be a nice experience, so hell yeah," Max said, as he fists bump with Ray, "can't decline your invitation, buddy,"

"Hold on, for a minute, what the hell is going on? Festival, which and why are we supposed to go there," Ahana said, her gaze drifting to Mr. Dickenson's. "We should be training instead,"

"That is, Ahana, for the betterment of team, White Tigers village have many talented bladers," Mr. Dickenson, said his eyes crinkling.

"Aren't they supposed to be the strongest of them all," Ahana said, gesturing toward the white tigers who were standing beside Ray, "and if we defeated them, we are pretty clear on that matter,"

"Aww, come on Destiny, don't be a spoilsport," Tyson whined, but Ahana paid no heed to him as usual.

"You all can learn some new and useful techniques there, children's," Mr. Dickenson said, before he looked at Ahana, "and the celestial roar festival, is quite famous too,"

Ahana eyes flickered with recognition for some seconds, before she sighed, a hand on her forehead. "How many days?" she mumbled.

"Three days," Ray spoke up, his eyes conveying his desire for her to say yes, "If we start travelling tomorrow, then we can depart for the American tournament on the fourth day,"

She looked forward, at the faces of her teammates, that were filled with anticipation. Celestial Roar Festival, huh?

"Fine, but you all are still having your morning training every day," she announced, as Max and Tyson broke in cheering.

"Yeah, Thank you destiny!"

"Thank you!"

Ray gave her a smile, mouthing the words, 'Thank you' to which she dismissed them with a wave of her hand.

"I will book the tickets for tomorrow," she said, before giving Tyson a glance, "And whoever get late, we are leaving him here,"

"And moreover, you were also standing there, weren't you?" she continued, stepping closer folding her arms across her chest, "you are team's captain, you should have said something,"

A silence dawned upon them, Kai's carmine eyes boring into her sapphire gaze, "Hn, I thought you were better than those morons, but you are just like them,"

"Wow, degrading your teammates, now, are we?... I don't know about them being moron, but someone in truly acting like one," she said, her smile sardonic.

"And let's be truthful now," she said, her gaze leaving his, to the window sill in the lobby of the hotel, the crescent moon hung on the sky like an ornament, the pearls of stars dancing around it, "I agreed, for my own reasons, you didn't protest there, for your own reasons, I suppose, so chose to live with your choice and stop making the weird illusion that due to me you are going there, Kai Hiwatari,"

Seeing that silence was the only answer she got, she gave him a last glance before opening the door to her room and settling inside, locking it as she moves toward her bed, flopping on it with a sigh.

She rolled over, lying on her stomach, her pale fingers grasping the pale green phone in her hand, as her thumb touch the screen, it flashed open. A glimmer of light in the otherwise, dark room.

Her thumb adoringly moves, around the wallpaper that shone on her screen, tracing the faces of the girl and boys in it.

I miss them, she thought longlines shining in her eyes. I wish I could call, but they must have slept by now.
