Why I Chose the Name "Ever After Us"

Ever After Us speaks to a bond that lasts far beyond the present moment, representing permanence, continuity, and a future shared together. It's like "happily ever after," but with the focus on the deep connection between two people, not just happiness. It symbolizes an unbreakable emotional or spiritual link that transcends time. 💫

This one shot story is exactly like its name—full of heart and depth. I actually wrote and published this story a few weeks back, then later decided to unpublish it. But now, I feel it's the right time to share it with you all again. I hope you connect with it just as much as I did while writing it! 💜✨

Hobi has been dating Y/N for the past three years, and their love for each other runs deep. While Hobi's close friends and family are aware of their relationship and fully support them, hobi's family has yet to give their approval for Y/N. Despite this, hobi and Y/N are determined to be together.

hobi loves both Y/N and his family deeply, which puts him in a difficult position. He cannot imagine leaving Y/N, but he also does not want to go against his family's wishes. To navigate this, they decided to live together in hobi's flat until his parents accept their relationship.

Their living arrangement is a secret known only to the BTS members and hobi's sister, who are hobi's biggest supporters. Although hobi is a superstar with a hectic schedule, he always makes sure to come home to their flat whenever he is in Korea. Y/N understands him better than anyone, and hobi is dedicated to spending quality time with her whenever possible. Their love continues to grow stronger as they support each other through every challenge.

Currently, Hobi is fulfilling his mandatory military duties for the country. During this time, Y/N has decided to stay in their flat until he returns. Although other BTS members are also serving in the military, Hobi's sister make sure to visit Y/N time to time as they both share a great bond, ensuring she doesn't feel lonely.

Hobi also makes an effort to talk to Y/N whenever he can. During his leave or holidays, he goes straight to their flat to be with her. Meeting at the military base is difficult, so they are always careful not to get caught, especially Hobi, who wants to protect Y/N from sasaeng fans.

To stay connected, Y/N writes letters to Hobi, a tradition they both cherish as hopeless romantics. Despite the distance and challenges, they make a conscious effort to stay positive. Y/N keeps herself busy and takes care of herself, while hobi remains healthy and careful. Their love and commitment to each other grow stronger even during this time apart.
