"Black Beauty," a novel written by Anna Sewell and published in 1877, is a classic novel narrated from the perspective of a horse named Black Beauty.

The story chronicles Black Beauty's life from his early days on a farm, through various owners who range from kind and compassionate to cruel and neglectful, ultimately finding a final home where he is treated well.

The novel highlights themes of animal welfare, kindness, and empathy, advocating for the humane treatment of horses and critiquing societal norms regarding their use.

Characters such as the spirited mare Ginger and the kind cab driver Jerry Barker play significant roles in illustrating these themes.

"Black Beauty" has had a lasting cultural impact, raising awareness about animal mistreatment and inspiring adaptations in various media, continuing to resonate as a call for compassion and humane treatment of animals.

(I hope you would have liked this bit of description about Black Beauty)

The theme of the competition was about animals being the most beautiful creature on our earth and the model was a horse.

It was up to us to make it look like a daydream and therefore you can see the touch of fantasy in that sketch...

So tell me do you like it 👀

Thank you for being here ( ◜‿◝ )♡
