Chapter 2

                                            I got a Notification saying I got the title of savor, I then commented "looks like titles are easy as well" I then heard noises and I looked to see her waking up. Once she opened her eyes I asked "are you ok?, oh and don't look down" I wish I haven't said that, she looked threw the leaves to see we are in the air and to which she clinged to me like there was no tomorrow, I then, with little effort for some reason, picked her up and I said "it's ok, how about we head back up the cliff" I then walked across the trunk again and she amazed that with every step I made the flowers bloom on the tree, yeah I'm definitely not doing this to make a impressive first impression. Once we got to the cliff I put her down and she said "thank you for the catch, I don't remember much just the Wyvern swooping down on me" I replied "your just lucky I was passing by" she replied "well I'm glad you were there, I'm pretty shure you just saved my life" her tag popped up and I see her name is Zena Marienteil and she's at level 13, if I was younger I would of probably fell in love at first sight. I then did a curtsy "how rude of me, my name is (Y/N) Nahida, also known as Lesser lord Kusanali" she replied while baking away a little bit "oh yes, it's so nice to meet you" she looked nervous to me.

I looked at her stats and I thought "probably should of asked for her name first, put that too note" she then introduced herself "forgive me, my name is Zena, I'm seventeen, I'm a military mage and a retainer of count Sariue, I started in the territorial army for two years, I'm not yet married, no girlfriend either" I then thought "is she just nervous or is that normal for this world because TMI, geezs" then to my shock, fear, and surprise a crossbow bolt almost hit me in the face! I looked to see two female soldiers and the one with the crossbow yelled "stop right there scum!" The one with the crossbow is a woman with short dark reddish hair and the second one with more armor and a sword has long blond hair tied up in the back and she said "move away from the girl!" Zena then said "no Lilio, don't hurt him she's alright " the red head, whom I assume is Lilio said "we're trying to save your life Zena" I gave them a smile to hopefully smooth the situation over and I said "you have nothing to worry from me, I am merely a traveling scholar who makes money by being a merchant, my name is (Y/N) but most people know me as Lesser lord Kusanali" the one with the sword then said "a merchant with zero goods, sounds fishy " I then thought "ok I can't obviously tell them about my item box, ok I just have to wing it!" Before I said anything a thought opened in my head and it said "star fall " I then said "my horses got spooked by the star fall and ran off" I then earned the skills liar and swindler and I thought "ok why!" The blond on then said " that might scare a horse" I then maxed out those two skills then she put the tip of her sword into my face and said "but if you seen it hit then you wouldn't be standing here right now. You would have run the other way" I then earned the poker face skill and I said "I was paying my respects to an old Quaintance who is buried near warriors fort, the star fall happened when I arrived and my horse ran away so I was walking on foot to the nearest town" I then maxed out my poker face skill and the blond woman then ordered "show me your papers now" Zena then said "you don't need those" she replied "rules are rules" .

                                                    I then lied and said "the thing is my papers were destroyed when my horse ran away, they fell in some water making them unusable". She put away the sword and said "is that right, alright we'll issue you new papers in Sariue city" I then thought "I feel guilty but I had no choice!" I followed them till we get onto a wagon and we head to the city. On the way Zena explain why they were here" shortly after the star fall's impact we were dispatched from Sariue city to area where you ended up finding us, our orders were to assessed any potential damage." I nodded then I saw a few knights chopping up the now dead wyvern and I said "a wyvern corps" Zena then said "Wyvern hides are tuff so they make for sturdy armor. We can usually sell it for a decent profit " then the blond knight I now know as Lona said "yes that's very true, good armor but bad food, really bad, it's cheap tho. Sometimes they force us to eat Wyvern to save coin" I then asked "dose it really taste that bad?" The driver replied "it tastes like dirt kid, first time I put that garbage in my mouth I spit it right back in the bowl of course the slaves in west town don't complain about Wyvern me or any other kind of food they'll eat it all". I then thought "slavery is a thing here!" I then used the map to check the city's population and I thought "ok about 80% of Sariue city's residents are full citizens, the other 20% are slaves and there not all human" I then noticed there's elfs too and maybe I can pass as one of them, I mean I do have the ears.
