Keiko, after losing her teammates Rin and Obito, became very different she became much more caring and took obitos words to her heart and swore she would never make the same mistake. The 1st step of that was helping naurto whenever she could and wasn't on mission even to the point where she would request October 10th off because she knew one naurto was much more afraid on that day so she would stay with all day but two she could prevent anyone from beating and maming him.

Unfortunately for them both, it was naurtos' 16th birthday just a few months before graduation, and keiko was trying to rush back to Leaf as fast as possible she was sent out on a misson a week ago and had to accept it. Naurto was currently being beat in an ally and stabbed and even pissed on him. Then it happened naurto awakened the rennigan and used almighty push on instinct enough to use his new senses abilitys to sense keiko is finally back so knowing he's weak and barely clingy to life he yells "KEIKO-CHAN HELP ME PLEASE" keiko had just arrived into the village and was filled with dread it was late and though it was to slient.

As she was going twords naurtos apartment, her heart sank as she heard the scream of naurto pleading for her to help him she instantly moved the headband covering obitos' eye and vanished in the fasted shunshin she could muster arriving to naurto as he trys to stand "who did this to you naurto-kun" the hurt and worry in her voice obvious as she rushed over to him "i..I don't know they just showed up and dragged me out of my apparment...then" he explained all the awful things they did before looking up at keiko and she saw before he passed the purple eyes with rings before they faded back to his blue right before he dropped.

After that night, keiko barely left naurtos' side to the point where she wouldn't take no for an answer for him being on her team and having him move into her house this causing there feelings to change over the months keiko couldn't help it she didn't know why but she was in love with naurto and little did she know but he loved her too and was gonna ask her out after he graduated today and would officially be a ninja but more importantly a adult.

Naurto passed the exam and even stopped Mizuki from tricking a civilian girl who failed from stealing the scroll of sealing and took his unconscious body to the hokage, and explained what happened then he whent to the flowershop that inos' family owns and got large bouquet of white Lillys which are keikos favorites and even got her the newest ichiichi book incase things whent well (she may a girl in this but gotta keep some of her orginal charcter lol)
After hiding it in a seal, which he's been learning from the hokage after asking when keiko secretly told him about the Uzamkai clan, which even the hokage doesn't know it was her that leaked it.

He got to keiko house and went in to find keiko on the couch watching a show. "Keiko-chan, I graduated...and uh, since I'm an adult, I wanted to uh... maybe see if you wanted to go out on a date, maybe?" He asks nervously, handing her the flowers. Keiko is shocked for a moment, but doesn't let it show tho inside her mind she's freaking out 'OH MY KAMI HE LIKES ME TOO' (oh btw she doesn't wear the mask in the house or around naurto in general when there in pravite. Idk if I need to specify this, but i mean the lower half mash, not the headband.) She smiles. "I'd love to naurto-kun. Where did u have in mind?" After that, naurto took her to play, then they took a nice walk in the woods outside the village, then he gave her the book as a present which she loved then they whent home.

2 weeks later, team placements (I'm skipping iruka telling the teams same as cannon) 3 hours after the other teams where picked up keiko lazily walked in "meet me on the roof" then puffed away in smoke then and to Sasuke and Sakura shock so did naurto then the other two ran up to roof and opened the door to see naurto and keiko waiting bored. Keiko "took you two long enough now since you were last pinky you start your name, likes dislikes, and dream" Sakura does her fangirl stunt (I'm not writing that) Sasuke does his emo bruding (again fuck writing that)

Flashback jutsu
3 months ago, keiko convinced the hokage that naurto deserves to know his heritage, especially since he awakened the rennigan and he relented "naurto your full name is naurto Uchiha senju uzamaki your mother is kushina uzamaki Uchiha the daughter of madara Uchiha and mito uzamaki sister azula uzamaki and Minato senju the son if jirya (no last name) and tsunde senju my two students"

Flashback end jutsu

It was naurtos' turn, and it was time his identity was revealed. "My real name is Naurto Uchiha Senju Uzamaki" before he could contuie Sasuke had a fit. "HOW DARE U CLAIM TO BE A UCHI.." he shut up as naurto glared at him, and his eyes bled into red with 3 tome in each eyes "shut up duckbutt my mother is kushina Uchiha Uzamaki the daughter of madara Uchiha the founder of our clan" then he sighed "my likes are Ramen my keiko-hime " that causing shocks with the other two genin even more so when they could see there sensei blushing even with her half mash on "I dislike traitors and arrogant basterds. My dream is to have a family of my own and become a hokage"

Then it was keikos' turn. "I'm keiko hitake. I like my naur-kun, my special books. I dislike arrogant basterds and traitors. My dream is to have a family one day. " After a few minutes, Sakura shrieks."Is there something going on between you two sensai? " keiko blushs and naurto smirks before going behind her, hugging her, which she leans into before she says "yes me and naurto are dating and have been ever since he graduated"

After that alot of cannon events follow expect keiko trains all of them now we find ourselves near the end of the wave mission naurto just killed haku saving Sasuke then his heart dropped as he saw zabzua get what looked like from his view a fatal shot on keiko he screamed "KEIKO-HIME" his eyes flash to his shargian then it evolves to the mangekyou but then his renigan start to fad into the eyes and they merge causing hime to now have rennigan with 12 tome in each eye which he then moved to fast for zabzua to see and then all mighty pushed him up into the sky letting him fall to his death then he quickly healed keiko wounds. Then held her close to him protectively growling if anyone tried to get close even Sasuke and Sakura when Gato appeared with his mini army naurto realsed so much killing intent and Chakra it became like gravity increasing in weight for them causing then all to drop then piss themselves he makes shadow clones to kill them then clean the body's up off the bridge then those help build the bridge as the orginal held keiko. After they returned keiko got them into the chunin exam.
