The year 2022, i was at seventh grade. A year where covid was still having a big impact here in the Philippines. With it's increasing rate of deaths. Deped had to make big changes in regards to our school system. Which leads to now, distance learning. Which means online classes and modulars.
"Ugh.." i groaned as i immediately felt myself wake up. Hearing the humming of my mother and the way her cooking was sizzling very loudly. I felt all around my bed in search for my phone. Checking the time.
'12:46?! Im late!'
I sprung up in bed and immediately clicked on our gc, searching for the link for the gmeet. Hurriedly clicking on it so i can join.
I set up my bed and fixed myself up a bit, immediately acting as if i literally didn't just joined now. As i joined i, i heard that voice that i was truly delighted to hear.
"Ma'am, i have a question"
I smiled as i heard it. It was him, the person that i had been admiring ever since this school year has started. His name was Aldrid, he was smart, talented,handsome and was just perfect in every way in my eyes.
I leaned onto my hand as i stared admiringly at his camera. Admiring the way he talks,how he blinks. Just everything he does makes me happy.
Time skip (class ended)
I sighed as i finally left the meeting, already tired from hearing our teacher babbling about something i don't really understand for an hour. I layed back on my bed and closed my eyes, feeling a bit sleepy.
'ding!'
"Huh?" I sat straight up as i heard my phone, opening it to see who chatted. My eyes widened when i saw who it was.
