Admiring Him || Seungin

Seungmin woke up. He had his alarm set at 9:00 so he could slowly get up and slowly get ready for today. He likes taking the mornings slow, so he doesn't get stressed out too much.

He rubbed his eyes to get the sleep out of them. He decided he was gonna chill in bed for a couple minutes. He took his phone off of the charger and unlocked it. As he was getting rid of the red notifications on his app icons, someone knocked on his door.

"Yeah, you can come in!" Seungmin shouted. Jeongin popped his head in Seungmin's room, "Good morning, Minnie! If you want warm breakfast, you should get up now" Jeongin said while smiling at Seungmin.

"Oh alright! I'll get up now then! Thank you Jeongin" Seungmin said, tiredly smiling back at Jeongin.

Jeongin nodded smilingly and closed the door. Seungmin rolled around in his bed not wanting to get up. Eventually, he got up and wore the clothes he had sitting on his chair. He made his bed and opened the window before walking out of his room.

As soon as he walked out of his room and closed the door behind him, the smell from the kitchen hit him. It was the smell of fermented soybean paste stew. He lovess soybean stew. He ran to the kitchen and saw Lee Know on his phone. Lee Know looked up to Seungmin and said "The food will be ready soon!" while smiling at the excited Seungmin. "Alright!" Seungmin said as he sat down at the table.

Seungmin figured the others were still in their rooms getting ready. He took his phone out, waiting for the others to come to the kitchen.

After a while Lee Know called for the two other boys. They both came rushing to the kitchen. Seungmin looked up from his phone to see Lee Know plated all of their foods? "Wait, I could've helped you with the plating! Why didn't you say anything?" Seungmin said while looking shocked at Lee Know. "Don't worry, I felt nice today" Lee Know answered, laughing at Seungmin's reaction. "Okay, sure, whatever you say" Seungmin said a bit bummed out he couldn't help.

His disappointment didn't last long as he saw the meal infront of him. They all had a bowl of fresh white rice, soybean paste stew and as a side dish they had kimchi. It's a simple dish, but it was one of his favourites. He excitedly grabbed his spoon, wanting to taste the stew when the older cleared his throat loudly and said "Let me eat first."

Seungmin looked at Lee Know with sad eyes. "Come on do we really have to do the 'elders eat first' dining etiquette? We've all been friends for years!" Seungmin whined, the hungriness getting to him. "Yes, we have to do it" Lee Know stated, clearly enjoying teasing the youngsters.

"Alright, fine" Seungmin said pretty annoyed. Lee Know picked up his spoon and slurped the stew. His eyes went wide. He didn't expect his cooking to taste so good. The second Lee Know tasted the food Seungmin was already eating. "Wow, Lee Know! This is so good!" Seungmin said while smiling. The rich and flavourful taste of the soybean stew with the fresh, warm rice was a deadly combo. "Now I know why you wanted to take the first bite" Seungmin spoke again. Lee Know chuckled at Seungmin's joke.

After they ate that delicious meal, they still had about an hour left until they all meet up and go pick up Hyunjin. Seungmin was sitting on his bed, thinking of what to do, when there was a knock on his door.

"Come in!" Seungmin shouted. Jeongin's face popped into Seungmin's room again and the cute boy smiled at Seungmin. "Heyy, Minnie! Wanna play chess together?" Jeongin smiled, still peeking in the doorway. "Is that even a question?" Seungmin said. "Hehe okay. I'll get the chess board!" Jeongin said disappearing into the hallway.

Jeongin knew chess was Seungmin's favourite board game. Jeongin was pretty bad at any and all games. Seungmin always beat him in any game that they played. He always got teased by Seungmin whenever he lost, but he didn't mind it that much.
