Truth is that this person got aggressive with a group of people he hadn't ever met. Fact is he was told now is not the time and he said fuck that pulled his stolen firearm and shot his victim instead of him running and trying to get away he advances on to shoot more and only then was he returned shots at. This man/boy has pulled a gun before at a community center on 15-20 people and got away with it.
Everything after he started shooting was self defense
