In the year of 2040 the planet of earth suffered severe flooding due to global warning. Every country besides America was buried beneath the sea. All of the survivors fled to America. As the country progressed, a new leader named President Gold was elected and renamed America Decentria. The country, over time, became one big city. It is now the year 3001. The people of Decentria have lived a happy and full life for many years, all of that is about to change.
