i. The art of complete fucking misfortune

ARTEMIS HAS NEVER BEEN ONE TO FOLLOW RULES. For starters, she won a fight against her half brother, Ares, and was kicked from olympus. As well as many other moments in her centuries of roaming the almost completely spotless buildings of her home realm where she's managed to be forgiven within a month by her parents, Zeus and leto, by utilising her and her mothers apparent unbreakable bond; something both women couldn't be more thankful for, though Artemis would just about never admit it. Her rule aversion didn't change as she was kicked from olympus, infact her new captor, peter pan, only made her want to defy his rules for her more. Which if anyone was to wonder why peter has now a scar on the inside of his forearm; Artemis would be the reason. She's been captured for many decades now, if she's been counting correctly it'd be coming up on 40 within in the next couple years.

Her day to day routine hasn't changed, not even a second is out of place. The only time it has changed was after Artemis managed to break free of her restraint and inflict the aforementioned wound onto the inside of his forearm; felix (pans right hand man, or rather lost boy) was ordered by his boss to suspend her in a net high up, allowing her a 5 minute walk painfully rarely accompanied by two lost boys. A dramatic change from her 10 minute walk with only one lost boy once a day.

Moonlight envelopes every square inch of the land as another night roles around, and the sound of peters' music travels throughout every nook and cranny of the island. "Seriously going to shove that pipe up his arse one of these days." She murmurs, picking at a bit of freyed rope. "There will be no 'shoving' of any pipes up anyones 'arse'... from you anyway." Pan remarks, a sarcastic tone of voice coating his words as clear as day. "Felix wanted a turn." He responds to artemis' silent questioning of why he's talking to her, and yet music is being played. "I have someone i'd like you to meet, so im letting you down, for a swift conversation with him and nothing more."
