Chapter 1

(Harry's POV)

I was just enjoying my typical Saturday which includes some nice reading and quiet tv it has been nice and quiet since my neighbour Briana who is usually always coming home drunk and having sex with some stranger but she got pregnant by one of them because each time I saw her the bump got bigger and bigger until I've hadn't seen her in 2 days which is probably because she's given birth i mean she was bound to pop soon

Then I hear her door opening I guess she's finally back from the hospital with her little bundle of joy hopefully the baby will keep her from from going out I mean she did stop when she was pregnant but I hope now that she's not she won't go and start again I get up and noticed I need to I'm running low on things so I make a least and decide to head to the garden market 

I make my way out of the apartment building and start my walk to my car but suddenly i hear a noise and I stop and I hear it again so sound of a whimper I look around and I walk towards the ally and I find a box and I couldn't believe it there was a baby in it and they were alive I immediately pick the baby up and decide it's best to take them to the hospital since it's chilly out I don't know how long they've been out here for 

I have a cab drive me to the hospital and walk in "hello I found this baby in an ally beside my apartment building in a box and I don't know how long they were out there but they are breathing" I tell the lady at the front desk and she immediately calls the doctor who comes and takes the baby back for check ups I decide to take a seat in the waiting room so I can find out what will happen to the baby 

After about 30 minutes the same doctor comes out and when he sees me he walks over "so we ran some tests and he is doing perfectly fine" the doctor says "ok that's good and you said he so the baby's a boy" I ask and he nods "yes now you said you found him outside your apartment building" he asks "yes I think he's my neighbours baby her name is Briana Jungwirth" I tell him "oh yes she was here not to long ago believe she left this morning since the baby was only out there for just a few hours since he doesn't have any frost bite or any injuries" the doctor says 

I take a breath of relief that the baby is ok I honestly couldn't believe Briana could do such a thing "well it's obvious we can't put the baby in her care after she's done this so we're going to have to call child services and have him put in a foster home until then" the doctor says when I get a crazy idea "I got take him in" I blurt out fast and the doctor looks at me "I mean if you don't think that's a good idea I understand but I am offering to take care of him as his guardian" I say 

" you know what I think that might be a good idea you'll be able to take him in a few hours we just want to keep him here for a bit longer to make sure nothing changes" the doctor says I nod and sit back down after another couple of hours the doctor brings the baby out in a car seat "here you are I full trust that you will give this baby a good life" I nod "yes I will do my very best" and I leave getting onto the cap I called a few minutes before
