Chapter 9

(Third person POV)

Louis decides to text Harry the next day about going on a date with him but he's hoping this time it can just be him and Harry so it can be a romantic date don't get him wrong he loves Freddie but in order for him to be able to actually pursue a relationship with Harry they have to go on a date alone so he texts Harry if he would like to go on a date with him this weekend 

When Harry get the text he was surprised he  had never thought that a someone like Louis Tomlinson would be into going on a date with him he doesn't answer right away trying to think of what to respond finally he just sends back saying he would like to and that he can have his parents watch freddie 

Harry and Louis decide to have their date at the park Harry arrives after dropping Freddie off at his parents house he parks and sees Louis standing by a tree he walks up and he hears Louis talking to himself "hey Harry it's great to see you so how've you been oh that's great no that sounds stupid" Louis says shaking his head "no I thought it was god" harry says e making Louis jump and turn around "Harry hi um you weren't supposed to hear that" Louis says says sounding embarrassed "hey it's ok it was cute" harry says laughing a little 

Louis breaths out a sign of relief that he didn't just make a absolute fool of himself in front of harry "so what are we doing for our date" harry asks "oh well I thought it would be nice to have a picnic in the park" Louis says leading Harry to wear he has a blanket and nfood all ready "oh Louis this is so sweet no one's  ever done anything like this for me before" harry says putting a hand to his chest "oh well then I'm glad you like it come sit" Louis says and they sit down and start to eat "by the way sorry the food is nothing fancy I'm a terrible cook so everything is pretty much store bought" Louis says "that's ok Lou I don't need anything fancy" harry says eating a sandwich 

After they have eaten most of the food they decided to watch the clouds Louis turned to Harry and decided it was now or never "Harry I really like you and I'm hoping you feel the same way about me" Louis says and Harry looks at him "of course I really like you to" he says happily "so will you be my boyfriend" Louis asks a little nervous "really you'd want to date me" harry says in disbelief " well yeah why wouldn't I" Louis asks Harry sits up and Louis follows his actions 

"Well I'm not famous i'm a single parent living in a small apartment where you probably own at least 2 mansions and I don't want people to think I'm with you for your money and fame" harry says looking down "but your not Harry I know you and I know your not a gold digger like so many people I've tried dating in the past that's kinda why I stopped looking for a serious relationship for a while because no one was ever genuine but you Harry you are" Louis says and Harry smiles "ok then yes I'll be your boyfriend" Harry says "great but there's something else you need to know" Louis says "alright what is it" Harry asks 

"So about 4 years ago I went to a club with the team because we had won a game and we were celebrating an I bumped into this girl and just like me she wasn't looking for anything serious just a kook up so that's what we did at my house and when I woke she had already left but I was unbothered because like I said I wasn't looking for a relationship  and her name was Brianna jungworth" Louis says closing his eyes not wanting to see Harry's reaction in case it was negative  after not hearing anything Louis looks at Harry and sees a blank expression on his face Louis can tell that this information has probably put Harry in shock

Harry couldn't believe it not only is he now dating Louis Tomlinson the famous football player but he's also dating the father of his son who he never knew of because Brianna slept with a number of men but now suddenly it's as if the last puzzle piece was found and he could know see the similarities between Louis and Freddie their eyes are the same colour their noses and smiles and overall they practically had the same face not ad to mention the love of football they both had Harry didn't know what to do or say he was frozen  

Harry was then brought out of his trance when he heard Louis calling his name "harry HARRY" Louis shouts and and Harry looks at him "yes" harry says in a quiet voice "I've said your name five times now" Louis says "oh sorry" Harry's says still speaking quietly "Harry are you ok I know this news is sudden and very unexpected so  if your not ok that's completely understandable" Louis says putting a hand on Harry's shoulder 

Harry takes a few deep breaths "I'm ok it's just I'd never thought I'd ever find out let alone meet Freddie's real father and I guess one of my biggest fears is that if I did he would try to take him away from me" Harry Harry says hugging himself Louis couldn't believe it Harry was afraid he would try and take custody of Freddie "harry I would never do that I mean you saved his life you've been there when I couldn't but most of all you are the person Freddie relies on you are his father weather your blood or not even though to him I'm his idol you will always be his hero" Louis says sternly and truthfully Harry looks at him "really" "really" Louis hugs Harry knowing he needs the comfort they pull away and they share their first kiss
